~A week later~
"Are you sure you don't want to take another day off? Just one more. Please? For me?" Zayn pleaded, batting his eyelashes.
Liam rolled his eyes, "Nope, you've been getting your way for the past one week. Now, I really really need to go. Poor Louis handling the whole modelling thing on his own."
"You almost sound like you have a crush on Louis." Zayn shot at him. Liam sighed and said, "You know I have only eyes for you, babe. But I still need to go. Louis doesn't have anyone." "He has Hannah," Zayn said, shrugging.
"Hannah is not me. Hannah can never be me. I know, I'm boasting. But it's not just that. I know what exactly to do and how to keep him sane. He loses his temper sometimes when things aren't done his way and Hannah doesn't know what 'his way' means. It could be anything as minor as the colour of his spoon for lunch to something as major as the background colour of the pictures taken for our advertisements." Liam reasoned as he slipped on formal clothes, not caring whether they were his or Zayn's.
There was something about the way Liam drawled the words in a melodious way when he was impatient and getting late, but nevertheless willing to answer the questions. Zayn could already sense his anger dissipating away.
Zayn dramatically kept a hand over his heart, sighed sadly and said, "You literally said 'I choose Louis over Zayn', wow. But it's fine, my broken heart, hard dick and I, we'll be okay. We don't need a Liam James Payne to keep us happy. We can work through our tears, it's-" "Stop it, Zee. See you later, bye." Liam cut him off, kissed his lips and walked away, leaving Zayn wondering how the hell had Liam gotten his way.
With his favourite vinyl playing and after an exhausting session of tidying up, Zayn swayed his hips to 'Entertainer' while picking his clothes for the day. He found a note inside.
"Wear this yellow suit and trousers. You look hot in yellow, no wonder it's your favourite colour. Love youuuuuu!"
Zayn barked a laugh and said, "This cutie will be the death of me."

Liam was driving to work when he saw a big commotion on the street. He parked his car on the side of the road and went to see what exactly had happened.
"You like muffins too? Hell, yeah, finally someone who likes muffins more than cupcakes. I mean, it's not like I don't like cupcakes obviously, I like them too. It's just that I like muffins more- you get it? Yeah? Yeah. Nice to meet you..." Someone was saying. All Liam could say was that the man was an Irishman and he that he was an absolute foodie. Well, how many people do you see on the road talking about fucking cupcakes and muffins, when it's the rush hour and everyone's rushing to work?
Liam walked further to see a blond man with ocean blue eyes, talking excitedly to a brunette girl, who looked equally happy and eager to continue the conversation. The whole of this was so amusing. Liam immediately took a liking to this guy.
"So, Amelia, where are you going this sunny morning? Do you have sunscreen on? It's quite hot today, innit?" And a never-ending chain of laughter followed. This guy laughed much more than he breathed, Liam could bet on it.
Before 'Amelia' could respond, some guy listening to them said, "Hey dipshits! Continue your unneeded conversation on the sidewalk, will ya? People have places to go and we don't have all day." The blond guy nodded and said, "Well, sorry if the conversation wasn't very interesting. But, have a good day!"
As the crowd cleared and the two speakers began parking their vehicles on the side, Liam walked over to the blond man and said, "Hey! This may sound super weird but you're pretty cool. I had a fun time listening to your conversation there."
