(A/N: In a couple of chapters Nezuko will be human for now until later in a few other chapters)
Years later, after the death of Tanjuro. Tanjiro and Nezuko grew up with thier mother, by thier side and were always helping out around the house to provide for each other.
Kie went into town to finish up some bussiness, while in the meantime Tanjiro and Nezuko worked around the house a bit cleaning up and even making dinner.
"That smells amazing big brother!" Nezuko complemeted while Tanjiro was making the food.
"Thanks, Nezuko." Tanjiro smiled. "Once mom gets home we'll all enjoy together."
"I can't wait, my nose is already eating off the scent!" She joked.
After a long day, Tanjiro and Nezuko finished tidying up the house, just in time as thier mother arrived home, but not alone...
"Mom!" Nezuko yelped in excitement.
"Mom!" Tanjiro also gretted happiley.
"Hello you two." Kie said with a smile. "I brought over a friend of mine." She said, introducing him. "Tanjiro, Nezuko meet, Muzan kibutsuji. A man I work with. And his two children,
Susamaru
and Yahaba. They will be staying with us for dinner." (A/N:Both of them are in human peach color skin for now)
"It's nice to meet you." Nezuko replied to the guest.
"I'm glad you'll be joining us for dinner tonight." Tanjiro smiled kindly.
"Yes. It's a pleasure to be here." Muzan replied.
"It sure does smell nice." Yahaba aggred.
"Ya!! Certainty!"
Susamaru
replied with her high pitched voice.
"Lower your voice down Susamaru." Muzan ordered in his usal calm tone.
"Yes father."
Susamaru
replied with a lower tone.
"I apologized." Muzan said.
"Don't worry about it." Tanjiro replied with a smile.
"Let's head to the dinning table and eat away." Kie said.
"Good idea." Muzan said. "I'm famished."
The 6 of them all sat around the dining table and started eating up the food Tanjiro made.
"This amazing, Tanjiro." Kie told her son.
"I learned it from you mom." Tanjiro replied.
"You did well my son." Kie smiled warmly.
After dinner Muxan and his two children were heading out the door getting ready to leave.
"Have a safe trip home." Kie told Muzan and his children.
"Thank you, Kie. You're very sweet and kind, and you're children as well."
"Thanks." Both Nezuko and Tanjiro thanked.
"Goodbye." Kie waved.
Muzan and his children then walked away to head home.
Kie closed the door.
"Alright you two, you should head to bed." Kie recommend.
"I could use some shut eye." Nezuko said.
"Ya." Tanjiro replied.
"Goodnight mom." Nezuko said.
"Goodnight you two." Kie replied sweetly. "Oh! Tanjiro can I please talk to you?"
Tanjiro turned around to face his mother. "Oh? Sure mom."
The two then sat on some cushions.
"Tanjiro, how would you feel if you had a father figure?" Kie asked.
Tanjiro smiled. "I would love that, mom. Ever since dad's passing it would be good to have a father kind around."
Kie gently smiled. "So you would be happy if I'm with someone?"
"Of course! I would always support you ether way mom!" Tanjiro hugged her.
Kie hugged her son back.
"I love you both you and your sister very much." Kie said.
"I love you too mom." Tanjiro replied.
"Head to bed now dear." Kie said.
"Alright, Mom. Goodnight."
"Goodnight, sweetie."
