"This... is my child?" The blond man whispered softly as his grey eyes gazes down at their child so warmly. The woman giggled softly as her long dark hair drapes over her shoulder messily after going through labor.
"She is dear... isn't she lovely?" The woman weakly whispered as her tired but joyful dark eyes meets with her daughter's. "How can one be so small?" The man softly whispered as he softly touch its cheek.
"What... what is her name my love?" The man chuckled as the baby begins to cry. "Laurel... I've always wanted to name our girl... Laurel..." The man nodded in acceptance as he smiled down on the baby once more.
"Laurel... what a beautiful name..." The man whispered full of affection as he caresses her small head. "Welcome to the world Laure... thank you for coming into our lives." The man smiled as he tried his hardest from crying. She is so beautiful... no harm would touch your hair, my dear daughter... daddy will make sure of it... The man thought as the baby cried once more.
"I guess she says thank you?" The woman giggled as the man soon followed suit. Inside the baby however, it screamed a hateful cry. I am not your child! Aveline tried to speak the words out but only her cries wafted through the air.
"Laurel André... what a beautiful name." The woman whispered lovingly as Aveline let out another cry. No! That is not my name! I am Aveline! My name is Aveline! Aveline tried to punch the woman with all of her might, but it did nothing more but squirm slightly.
"Look at her dear... she really likes the name..." No I do not! My name is Aveline... my name is... Aveline!... my... name... is... Ave... wait... what is my name?... The girl trembled in fear as the name was at the tip of her tongue but could not spit it out.
"Laurel my dear, I'm your mommy." The woman whispered as the girl furiously tries to shake her head. No no no! That is not my name! I am... I... I am... damn it! What is it?? Why can't I remember?! Ave... Ave what??
"I guess she is tired my dear? Perhaps we should let her rest." The man whispered softly as the woman nodded her in reluctance. "I want to hold her just a little longer... but I am so tired." The woman weakly replied as a maid gently take the baby from her grasp.
"Please... take care of her..." The woman whispered as the maid nodded firmly. "We will take care of the young miss my lady. Rest now, you've earned it." The maid whispered back as she whisked the baby away from her grasp.
"...Hello young miss... welcome to the family..." The maid smiled softly as the girl glared at her furiously. I am not your miss... I am not their child... I don't belong here... my daughter... my... daughter... why... why can't I remember her name??
The girl's eyes widen in fear as a sudden revelation hits her. That God... it's still trying?? No no no no no! You will not take her from me! You will not take my daughter from me! The girl cried out once more as her soul felt being pierced by several needles.
"M-miss??" The maid was startled as she begins to cry loudly once more. It... it hurts... damn it all it hurts... The girl flinches in pain as she slightly slows down her struggle. As she does so, however, she felt the memories slip away even faster than ever.
!!! No! The girl begins to resist once more violently as she felt her soul being pierced once more, this time, however, she refuses to let go. ...You will not... take her... from meeeeee... The girl groaned as she regains control once more.
"Sarah please help me! Miss Laurel is crying but she won't stop no matter what I do!" The maid rushes in a panic as the girl groans in a tired voice. I'm... not Laurel... I'm... Ave... Ave is my name... not Laurel... my... daughter... Ave finally succumbed from fatigued as she passes out.
