Chapter 12

While waiting to arrive at Iwaizumi's house, Hina and you exchanged messages and shared laughter. "Don't think King would be too happy to see you giggling on the phone with someone else," Iwaizumi remarked after turning off the car. "King knows she's the best, so she literally won't care," you replied, and he scoffed. "Well, her majesty is named 'King,' so I'm not surprised."

"That's Kingsly to you."

"Get out of the car."

Once the two of you entered the house, Iwaizumi stretched widely. "I need to head to the bathroom," he said, and you remembered his hidden boner. "Right, I'm heading up." You stripped off your clothes in his room and headed to the shower. You felt sticky and wet after all that and needed a rinse to wash everything off. After a forty-minute shower, you felt like at least your tensed muscles and adrenaline had calmed down.

You grabbed one of the folded towels and quickly wrapped it around yourself before heading downstairs. "Iwa?" you called out, and he responded from the kitchen. "I'm in the kitchen." You followed his voice and quickly headed in. "Where did you put my gear bag, and what time is this meeting happening?" you asked, but he immediately blushed. "Well, that's something you don't see every day, right Ushiwaka?" Tendou whispered loudly, and you immediately turned to see the two men sitting across from you at the kitchen table.

"We are leaving in half an hour so you can go get dressed properly now," Iwaizumi whispered into your ear, and you nodded, grabbing your gear bag. You walked back upstairs to the room calmly but almost wanted to jump out of his window just thinking about what happened. "Well, that's just embarrassing," you cringed but moved on to getting dressed to distract yourself.

"So, do you normally have a naked girl just wandering around?" Tendou asked Iwaizumi, and he sighed heavily. "Isn't that Oikawa Y/n?" Ushijima questioned, and Tendou's eyebrows perked up. "Y/n? The pretty boy's sister? Now that I think of it, you did seem pretty fond of her when she was—" "Tendou, shush." Iwaizumi awkwardly stood listening to their conversation until a few moments later when you came down the stairs in a blue dress, gold heels, and your hair done. You didn't have time to put on much makeup, but you felt fine without it.

You walked over to Iwaizumi, who was stunned by how amazing you looked; he was speechless. "Do I look okay? I hope it's not like too much," you asked him, but he slowly smiled at you. "You look perfect," he told you, and you smiled back. But then you realized there were other people here too. "Oh my God, I did it again," you muttered out loud before facing your watch birds. "I'm so sorry for that incident earlier; I didn't realize you were here," you apologized, and they brushed it off. "It's fine; it could have been worse," Tendou excused, and Iwaizumi rolled his eyes.

"Okay, are we all ready to go now?" Iwaizumi asked, and you all nodded your heads. "Right, let's go." The four of you headed to the car and drove off to your house. "Wait, when did you get changed?" you questioned him, and he shrugged. "Probably while you were in the shower," he replied, and you backed away from him.

"You didn't shower after all that?"

"I did shower; I just used the other one."

"The other one?"

"I don't have a big house for no reason."

"So you can have two bathrooms?"

"So I won't have you hogging the shower to yourself."

You rolled your eyes and relaxed in your chair, waiting for your arrival. "How did you guys get down here? I thought you would be pretty far away," you asked the two in the back, and Tendou immediately spoke up. "We took the car, then a plane, then a bus, and now we're in a car again. Iwaizumi texted this guy and told him that he would drop us off if we came to his," he explained, and you nodded your head.
