CHAPTER 9

"Aranea?!"

"I'm in the walk-in closet!"

"Can I come in?"

"Yes. Help me here."

I went inside and it looks like a boutique, but was ransacked.

"What happened here?" I asked her.

She pouted, "I don't know what to wear!" she told me, frustrated. "Do I really have to wear something formal?"

I smiled inwardly, it's already Monday so we'll have a class again.

I looked at her from head to toe.

"Actually, okay naman na ako sa suot mo." tumatango-tango kong sabi.

Naka-bathrobe lang siya, basa pa ang buhok. I bet she's only wearing undergarments.

"Seriously?" tinarayan niya ako.

"Wear something casual nalang so we could start. Make it fast. I'll dry your hair." sabi ko nalang dahil marami na siyang nakalakat at mukhang stressed na siya hindi pa man nagsisimula ang klase namin.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. I'll just wait for you outside."

Tumalikod na ako para lumabas.

"Are you... mad at me?" mahinang tanong niya.

Umiling lang ako at walang salitang lumabas.

"What the-!" I exclaimed when I felt her cold hand on my wrist.

Nagsalubong ang kilay ko dahil sa gulat. Ganoon ang nabungaran niya kaya lumamlam ang itsura niya ng makita ako.

"Why are you acting cold at me?" she asked softly.

Hindi ako sumagot.

"What did I do, Samira-baby?" she pouted because of another silence from me.

"Are you disappointed that I can't even find something formal to wear?" my brows furrowed.

Where did that came from?

"Okay. I'll contact Mom to find me a stylist-"

Pabalya ko siyang itinulak sa pinto at nagbabaga ang tingin na sinulyapan siya.

"Don't you dare." I uttered dangerously.

"Then stop treating me coldly."

"I'm not treating you coldly. I am just trying to distance myself from you."

"Why would you even do that?"

"Because you look so hot!" I exclaimed.

Her eyes widened.

She was flabbergasted, but she didn't say anything as if she wants me to say more. So I did.

"I can still remember our first day..." I whispered, "I can still picture your body inside my head." I traced my fingers on her neck, down to her collarbone, "When I saw you wearing nothing but your underwear..." I continued to draw my fingers on her shoulder, "I've been craving to see you under... underneath me." I mumbled softly.

I stared into her eyes with full adoration,

"I wanted take my eyes away from you because the more I stare, the more I'm wanting you."

She silently took both of my hands and she encircled it around her neck.

"If your hands go lower, we'll stop." she said huskily. Her voice is enough to send tingles down my spine.

I felt her warm arms wrapping around my waist.

"Stop what?" I asked, dazed.

She did not utter a word, but she leaned in to kiss me aggressively. I kissed her back with the same intensity pulling her by the nape to accommodate her penetrating lips. She switched our position and pinned me against the door.
