Lost in the Glade

Chapter 5

When we reach our beds Thomas comes over to me and says "it's cold tonight would you like to sleep with me?" I would love to Tommy" I say. I hop into his bed and he wraps his arms around me. "I love you Jenny, I just want you to know that!" He says. "I love you too, even though we are stuck here you make it all better!" I say with a smile. "Goodnight Jenny, get ready to run tommorow" he says. "Okay" I say trying to fall asleep. Then he kisses me... And I fall asleep completely.

I wake up the next morning in his embrace. "Hey beautiful you got a big day. Lets go" be days wakin me up and kissing me on the forehead. "Okay" I say tying up my running shoes, grabbing my bag and doing my hair. We make our way to the kitchen for breakfast.

Today for breakfast we have pancakes with fruit and bacon. It was so good! I ate extra slow just so I could cherish the taste. Thomas tells me we need to at or lunch before we head off j to the maze so we do.

We make our way to the opening in the walls and meet Minho there. "Be careful" Thomas says "always and forever" I say hugging him. "Okay Jennifer let's go" Minho shouts. We run down a path in the maze turning right then left and more. Minho teaches me how to take notes and cut ivy so we don't get lost. At lunch I gobble into my sandwich. I isn't realize how much I love running till today I thought. When we made it bak to the glade we went to the map room to map and then we got dinner.
