Her whole body is aching, and her head is feeling heavier than it would do any other long night in front of the computer screen. Keeping her eyes closed, she takes in a deep breath, trying to remember what happened. Memories of Coulson briefing her and the rest of the 616 about a surveillance mission, her pointing out the best spots to hide.

This is when she finally opens her eyes, taking in the empty room. Memories of the black car stopping in front of her at the bus stop, how it downs on her that all of this had been a trap, not for S.H.I.E.L.D, but for her. Seeing the one woman who has created so much problem for her, sitting in the front seat. How her agents, jumps out, somehow managing to get the upper hand on her. After that, it’s all dark.
Looking around herself, she comes to realise that she is tied down to a chair, a chair that they have made sure is bolted to the floor. She must give it to them, D.O.S.A knows how to keep their prisoners in place. The only thing is, they have never had to deal with her before. Moving her wings, she learns that they have tied them up to.

There is however one thing that they don’t seem to have realised. With another deep breath, Skye closes her eyes, letting her mind wander, letting all the self-doubt take over. With years of hiding her wings and heating herself for her difference, she can feel her wings growing smaller, the ropes that has been placed around them falling to the floor.

Opening her eyes, Skye knows she has been crying, she can feel a single tear finding its way her cheek. Shaking her head, Skye turns her attention on how to get free from the chair. Turning her attention to her hands, she tries to move them, in a try to decide on how tightly stuck she is. Hearing movement from the other side of the door, she stops.

Keeping her eyes on the door, she tries to stay cool. Seeing the door slam open, the extra light being added to what she now realises was a dimed room, she narrows her eyes. Turning her head slightly to get away from the bright light.

“Guys! I found her!”

She hears, the voice familiar. Blinking a few times, Skye turns her head once more, eyes still narrowed and as the person steps into the room, she lets out a sigh of relief.

“Cass.”

Skye managed to get out, and the red-haired librarian is by her side within seconds. She can hear more running feet’s coming towards them, but all Skye can focus on is the Librarian that is now right in front of her.

“Are you all right? Did they hurt you? Have you been crying?”

The last question is asked in a low voice, and from behind Cassandra, Skye can see the rest of the Librarians and the two Guardians entering the room. Nicole and Eve are beside her, both starting to work on a way to free her. Feeling that Cassandra wipes away the tear before anyone can see it, which makes Skye smile slightly.

Feeling how her hands are free a few seconds later, she reaches out to hold on to Cassandra as Nicole and Eve starts to work on releasing her legs.

“I hate pointing this out, but you guys should try and hurry. I do not know how long our luck will last.”

She can hear Jake point out from the door opening, making Skye roll her eyes. She likes Jake, he is a nice guy, she can however see a few things that makes him and Ward similar, and this is one of those rare things.

“And she is free.”

Nicole says a few seconds later, Cassandra carefully pulls Skye to her feet. Nicole by her side to steady her, Skye not fully realises that she isn’t all to stable.

“How?”

She managed to get out, letting the single question be her only. Seeing how Nicole looks at Cassandra and then the others, Skye realises what most have happened. The 616 team have gone looking for Nicole and Cassandra the moment they realise she has gone missing.
