"hey! mikey, one of my friends in my math class invited me to this party, april 6th, this saturday, at 9pm. he said i could bring a  friend so do you wanna go wth me?" jeremy asked. michael tapped his pencil against his binder.

"sure. why not?" michael smiled at jeremy.

"wicked! i can come pick you up at 8, then?" jeremy smiled back.

"sounds good, jer."  michael pat jeremy's leg.

"hey, uh, henreh, got a question." i leaned on the doorframe of the kitchen, where henry was sitting.

"what's up, mike?" henry looked at me

"can i hang out at jeremeh's? we've alreadeh plonned everehthin' out." i scratched the back of my neck, underneath all of my hair. yes i was lying to henry about my plans, he would probably freak if i went to a party.

"i don't see why not. jeremy's a nice boy, do you want me to drive you?" henry smiled

"nah, it's alright. jeremeh'll pick me up at 8." i told henry. he nodded and smiled

"i hope you have fun, michael." henry pushed his glasses up. i nodded

"i'll try to." i smiled at henry. i walked back to my room and laid down on my bed. jeremy would be here to pick me up in 2 hours. that should be easy to pass. i can't wait to see jeremy. i really like jeremy.

those 2 hours went by agonisingly slow. once they finally passed, i grabbed my bag and ram outside to meet jeremy. he arrived right as i ram outside and ran up to the car. it was a small tan lincoln, but i don't know what model it was though. i opened the car door and sat into the passenger seat. i moved it back further so i could have more leg room and then shut the door. jeremy was dressed in a dark grey "alive in '79" kiss t-shirt, a black leather jacket, and tattered blue jeans. i couldn't see his shoes in the dim lighting of his car, so it's a mystery for now.

"hey, mikey!" jeremy leaned over the centre console and hugged me. i hugged him back and smelled his cologne. it smelled amazing. he pulled away and started to drive. he pressed play on whatever cassette was in the deck and the song creatures of the night started to blast through the speakers.

"always loved this song." i smiled, grabbing jeremy's hand and holding it. jeremy smiled and squeezed my hand tightly.

it wasn't long before we got to jeremy's house. we were going to stay and get ready at jeremy's house and then leave for the party. i took off my black hoodie and my belt and set them aside.

"ok so are we going for dallas winston or paul stanly?" jeremy asked as he stood me infront of his mirror. i started to pull my shirt off as jeremy rummaged around in his closet.

"oh dalleh. definiteleh." i laughed. jeremy nodded and grabbed a blue jean jacket, a black, tattered tank top, and tattered blue jeans. it was nice that jeremy and i were the same size in mostly everything. his jeans were short on me but i still fit in them. i pulled my pants down and got dressed in the clothes jeremy gave me. i grabbed some of jeremy's shoes too and put them on. i tied them quickly and jumped up.
