five months later~Michael sat on the floor of his bedroom, staring at his foxy plush. He hugged it close to his chest and sighed.
Only a few more months until he's 15.
Evan knocked on his brothers door and waited for a response.
Michael stood up and unlocked his door.
"Come in."
Evan opened the door and sat by his brother
"Are you ok, Mike?" He asked
"I'm fine, I just wish I had actual friends. And not some stupid plushies." Michael groaned. His brother nodded and looked at him.
Truth be told, no one liked the Afton boys. Michael was the loner at his school that got made fun of for his obsession with Foxy, Evan was trying too hard to be social, and got made fun of for crying a lot, so much to the point he got called the crying child.
Back to the topic at hand, both of the Afton boys were loners. However, today there were three new faces in town. They had become friends on the basis of all being new. Their names were Tyler, Kenya, and Scott. Kenya was the only girl in the group.
"Hey! I have an idea!" Tyler exclaimed to his friends
"Oh?" Kenya remarked
"Let's go to the pizzeria down town today!"
"The Fredbear Family Diner?" Scott asked
"Yeah!" Tyler yelled. After a bit of discussion between the three, they made their way to the diner. Tyler opened the door of the diner, which on that day was full of little kids.
Tyler scanned the room from anyone around his age, and his eyes landed on a brunette boy with a greasy looking mullet, a grey t-shirt and blue overalls, who was sitting at one of the tables, eating a pizza. He also had a 15 inch tall fox plush sitting next to him. Tyler thought it was cute. Tyler thought he was cute.
"Look! He looks about our age!" Tyler yelled to his friends
The three walked over to the boy and Tyler started the conversation.
"Hi! My name is Tyler Sutton, this is Kenya Jacobs, and this one is Scott Kline." Tyler introduces his friends.
"H-hi... I'm Michael. Michael Afton." Michael said. He was British. Nice.
"You seemed around our age, and you seemed lonely. So we want to be your friend." Kenya explained, her voice soft.
"Fair, you guys can sit down." Michael invited them. He made sure to hide the fox plush, because in this moment it embarrassed him.
"So, what brings you here, Michael?" Tyler asked
"My dad owns the place, so I spend a lot of my time here." Michael responded
"That's so cool! What benefits do you get for being his son?" Kenya asked, her eyes shining brightly
"I get free food, which was something my dad requested for all of his kids." Michael explained
"That's cool, how many kids did he have?" Scott asked
"2. I'm the oldest. And then the youngest. My younger brother Evan, he's 8. He's really sweet."
"That's cool, Michael. Can I call you Mike?" Tyler asked
"I-well yeah. Everyone calls me Mike." Michael told him. Michael felt a soft smile creep into his face.
Tyler stares at Michael. His accent was so cute.
He was really pretty. Like, really pretty.
The four continued to hang out until Michael has to leave.
"Ok, bye Mike." Tyler said, hugging Michael. Michael smiles and hugged him back.
Michael knew he was going to like Tyler.
Michael knew he was going to like him a lot
