Charlie was walking down the rainy street, her hood up and her walk-man playing music.

Her green jacket was the only thing protecting her face and hair from getting soaked.

A purple car slowed down next her and rolled down the window.

"Why are you out this late while it's raining?" William asked, not looking away from the road, driving by her

"Good question. I thought you were with Michael in the hospital?" She laughed

"Clara's staying with him. Would you want a ride home?" William asked

"Please." She said, a small laugh coming her.

William nodded and unlocked the doors.

She got in the back seat and continued listening to music on her walk-man.

After a minute of driving, William screeched to a halt.

"Uhh... Mr. Afton?" Charlie called, looking up from her lap.

William gripped a knife under his seat and looked at Charlie from the rear view mirror

"I'm guessing you don't remember your sister, do you?" William chuckled darkly.

"She died before I was born. What about her?" Charlie questioned wearily.

"Would you like to know how she died?" William looked back up at the rear view, smirking and holding the knife tighter.

Charlie looked out of her window and nodded slowly.

The car started to move again, but quicker than she was expecting, pushing her back against the seat from the force.

He was going to get them hurt with how fast he was going

"Y-you're going too fast-"

"If Michael can handle this daily you can handle it once." William snapped

Michael went through this everyday? No wonder he hated his dad... Charlie thought to herself

"As I was saying. Charlotte." William said, continuing to speed down the street.

Charlie saw her house pass and looked at William.

"You passed my house." She muttered quietly

"I know." William chuckled.

Charlie was genuinely scared now.

Is this what happened with Michael?

Sure William acted scared for his son

But was he the one who tried to kill Michael?

It would make sense, at least to her. He was never kind to Michael, what's stopping William from killing him?

"Charlie." William called, snapping her out of her thoughts.

Charlie looked at him and sighed.

"Back to Charlotte. She was murdered. You know that, yes?" William asked. Charlie nodded slowly, her breathing starting to become shallow, feeling like she couldn't breathe.

"Th-they never found who k-killed her." Charlie stated, but she was starting get a feeling she knew who the killer really was.

"Well look no further. It was me." William laughed.

Charlie looked up at William. She hated being proven right.

"Did you know Michael knew that? He watched. He was only 2."
