The Next Day

At the Manila Hotel

We could see Admiral Takeshi looking at Nagato's ship from a far as she left to fight against The US Navy shipgirls 

He know what he did to Nagato's sister, Mutsu and framed Kawakaze for her death, but it was for the Empire, He needed to prevent Nagato from holding back on this war, and Mutsu and Kawakaze are the reasons why Nagato is holding back and so he did all of that

And then suddenly A Japanese Soldier came to Admiral Takeshi

Japanese Soldier: 提督(Admiral)*Salutes*

Admiral Takeshi: 兵士ってなに？(What is it soldier?)

Japanese Soldier: キラーウィンドがホテルの前に現れました、あなたの注文は何ですか？(The Killer Wind has presented herself in front of the hotel, What are your orders?)

Admiral Takeshi: このキラーウィンドを見に行きます(I'll head there to see this Killer Wind)

Japanese Soldier: あなたが望むように提督(As you wish Admiral)

and then the Japanese Soldier left with Admiral Takeshi following the soldier outside

As Admiral Takeshi heads outside the hotel he saw almost all of his troops in each floor of the hotel and in the ground pointing there guns at a figure wearing a Brown coat and a samurai hat with a samurai sword in it's hand

As Admiral Takeshi saw the figure he spoke in English incase the figure doesn't understand Japanese

Admiral Takeshi: So you are The Killer Wind, The one who killed many of my troops in Intramuros and yesterday?

and then the figure spoke 

"Yes, Yes I'm the one"

and then suddenly Admiral Takeshi recognized the figure voice

Admiral Takeshi: T-That voice, impossible?!

and then the figure removes her Samurai hat revealing Killer Wind as Kawakaze to everyone

Kawakaze: And I'll make sure you don't get out of here Alive, Admiral Takeshi!

Admiral Takeshi: すべてのユニットが発砲-(All units fire-)

Kawakaze: Thunderstorm Breathing Forth Form, First Type: Thunderous!

and then Kawakaze pivot her feet at a certain angle and then brings her blade down to strike the ground. As she done this a large booming sound was produced that hurts the eardrums of the soldiers holding there guns, including Admiral Takeshi and the the ground beneath them shook violently, which knocks most of the soldiers from standing creating an opening for Kawakaze except for Admiral Takeshi who quickly enter back at the hotel

and as she successfully done this she spoke once again

Kawakaze: Thunderstorm Breathing Forth Form, Second Type: Electric Heat!

and then Kawakaze's sword blade is suddenly shrouded with lightning, This momentarily raises the heat of Kawakaze's blade incredibly high, causing it to become crimson red in color

and then within second, Kawakaze begins attacking the soldiers on the ground who are still recovering and within 15 seconds she killed all of the soldiers with most of them losing a head or limb and were on fire, slowly dying in the process with Kawakaze's sword returning to normal 

As the Soldiers in the hotel managed to get up and aim there guns at Kawakaze they fired in rage as they saw there comrades dead

but Kawakaze uses Thunderstorm Breathing Second Form: Spinning Cyclone to deflect and return the bullets to the soldiers, killing some of them

and from there Kawakaze spoke

Kawakaze: Thunderstorm Breathing Fifth Form: Wind Step

and then Kawakaze shifts her weight and started to channel her kinetic energy that she is producing into the soles of their feet the user can create small, near unnoticeable bursts if wind underneath them. As she done this she manages to walk on air, shocking  The Japanese Soldier

As Kawakaze manages to distract them she entered one of the hotel rooms window and killed the Japanese Soldiers inside

As the Japanese Soldiers saw this they immediately head outside the rooms there hiding and prepared to shoot Kawakaze if the door where she entered opened

As Kawakaze knows she is in a disadvantageous position she spoke a Combined Thunderstorm Breathing she just made

 Kawakaze: Combined First and Fourth Form, Second Type, Thunderstorm Breathing: Electrifying Heat Before the Storm!

and then Kawakaze's sword blade is suddenly shrouded with lightning once again and then she suddenly disappeared like lighting and breaks the door as she exited it 

As she done this she jumped into different sides in incredible speeds as she started to kill all of the Japanese Soldiers who were trying to shoot Kawakaze, but failed as they got killed on by one and there shots missed

She kept using this technique until she reached the location where Admiral Takeshi is, Killing the Japanese soldiers along the way and setting some parts of the building on fire

As she stopped using the Combined Thunderstorm technique she opens the door where Admiral Takeshi is, and saw Admiral Takeshi holding a samurai sword and was in a fighting stance

Admiral Takeshi: I will not go down without a fight

Kawakaze: Very well then, face my Punishment!, Thunderstorm Breathing Third Form: Dance of Rainfall

and then Kawakaze started to move elegantly but extremely fast as they shift their weight and pivot's her feet to effortlessly move in and out to a avoid Admiral Takeshi's attacks. As Admiral Takeshi saw this he tried to make his strikes faster until he smelled rainwater which clouded his mind and senses, making him unfocused

As Kawakaze catches him off guard, she moves in a increasingly fast pace and then she moved behind Admiral Takeshi, with her weight taken on the heel, then on to the ball of the foot and finally delivering the final strike to Admiral Takeshi by cutting his head off the body

As this happened Kawakaze returns her sword back to her sheathe as Admiral Takeshi's body fell and drops the sword like it never felt the pain as the final attack happened

As Kawakaze turned around she saw Nagato looking at her in horror as she just killed Nagato's husband, but her eyes didn't changed

As Nagato ran pass Kawakaze with Kawakaze leaving them both she Heard Nagato saying

"殺人者、裏切り者、私はあなたを殺します、私はあなたを殺します!"(Murderer, Traitor, I'll Kill you, I'll Kill you!)

but Kawakaze didn't turn around and continued to walk away leaving a crying Nagato holding her husbands body

A few minutes later 

As Kawakaze escapes the hotel and head to a forest she saw American soldiers surrounding her as if they know she is going to be here, and from there she raises her hands and surrenders to them.
