After 25 minutes of walking, Sakawa(Yui) managed to reach the town and to her surprise, the town is very beautiful as decorations were placed

and as Sakawa walked to look for Akari, she managed to find Akari talking to Akira and when they saw each other they greeted and started to explore what the festival has to offer

At Kawakaze

As Kawakaze walks at the town and was looking at the adults and children having fun at the festival, she suddenly saw Hiroko looking at her

Kawakaze: Oh Hiroko, your here do you want to-

Hiroko: Why?

Kawakaze: ?

Hiroko: Why Grandmother?, Why wouldn't you give your position to me instead, we could avoid the duel you agreed from me?

Kawakaze: I have my reasons-

Hiroko: You even knew she belongs to the family that framed you for crime you didn't commit!

Kawakaze: So you've listen to our conversation?

Hiroko: I-Yes

Kawakaze: I see so you want to know your reason?

Hiroko: Yeas

Kawakaze: The Reason I let her to become my apprentice, is because I believe she would restore the broken connection I have with Lady Nagato and the others, and besides she seemed to have an interest with Akira

Hiroko: But they both don't know the truth yet

Kawakaze: I know, I'll tell them when the time is right, but with your worries aside, let us enjoy the battle tonight, my grand daughter, do not worry about me okay?

Hiroko: . . . Yes Grandmother

and then Hiroko left and as she left, Kawakaze suddenly coughed violently causing her to pull a white cloth to prevent her coughing being heard, but as she removed the cloth for her mouth she noticed blood at it and from there she spoke

Kawakaze: . . . Shit

A Few Hours later 

As Nighttime came fireworks were released into the sky as it will the second to last event of the festival with many playing Japanese instruments as the fireworks exploded in the sky, With Sakawa(Yui), Akari and Akira watching at the fire works, as they spent there time playing the activities that the festival has to offer, making Sakawa getting to know more about the two with Akira the most 

and then after a few minutes the firework's display ended with many people heading to a area where the 3 saw Kawakaze and Hiroko at each end of a huge circle platform with there respective swords in the hands, preparing a fighting stance

as they are finished making a sword stance the both charged at each other 

and as there swords clashed, Kawakaze makes some distance and from there Kawakaze spoke the Seventh form of Thunder Breathing

Kawakaze: Thunderstorm Technique, Seventh Form: Eye of the Hurricane!

As Sakawa(Yui) Watched her mentor's move on using the seventh technique, A certain range is created by Kawakaze and she maintained it by a swirling dome of wind and crackling electricity that keeps anyone from getting in or out giving the people a hard time to see what is happening in side the battle circle(Except for Sakawa as she managed to see what is her master is doing through small holes that aren't covered by the wind). And then Kawakaze's mind and senses process information about Hiroko's next move at such speeds that time appears to have slowed down, allowing them to perceive what would normally be moving too fast to see and respond accordingly. 

As Hiroko uses a Thunder breathing technique to attack Kawakaze but then Kawakaze disappeared from the location where she is and was suddenly behind Hiroko and was about to get hit, but luckily Hiroko managed to turn around to intercept any attack that will came from Kawakaze

and then Kawakaze disabled the seventh form giving the people the chance to see what is happening and spoke

Kawakaze: Thunderstorm Technique, Eighth Form: Shocking Stance

as she said everyone including Sakawa and Hiroko are shocked at what Kawakaze did

She throwed her sword into the air

About making a Azur Lane x Jujutsu Kaisen crossover story with Maya, I'll have to cancel it, because I can't think of a plot with Maya as the character
