Hiroko: I see now, Sakawa right?

Sakawa(Yui): Y-Yeah

Hiroko: Tomorrow after you class follow Akari to our clan's base there is something we will tell you from there

Sakawa: O-Okay then

and so Sakawa and Akari with Hiroko parted ways as they go to there homes to rest with Sakawa(Yui) confused but was happy as she achieved the first step of the plan

The Next Day 

Afternoon

After School time Sakawa followed Akari to the location where the Thunderstorm clan is

after a lot of walking in the Okinawa mountains Sakawa saw huge red torii gates

(Imagine that they are red)

Akari: We almost to the Thunderstorm Clan so try to keep up

Sakawa: S-Sure

and so they kept walking and passing by the huge red torii gates until Akari stopped and spoke 

Akari: Welcome you to the Thunderstorm Clan!

and as Akari steps back for Sakawa to see, Sakawa's eye's widen

The Land that the Thunderstorm Clan possessed is like a town(Look at the picture above the Chapter title that is what the town of the Thunderstorm clan looked like)

As Sakawa and Akari entered the town, Sakawa say many people greeting them with children playing around like nothing is happening bad and adults having a nice conversation by drinking green tea or telling funny jokes to lighten up someone who was sad or bored in there group

and then suddenly Sakawa bumps into a man wearing a kendo outfit

(Imagine he is wearing a kendo outfit)

As Sakawa looked at the man's face she suddenly blushed due to how handsome he is

Sakawa: I-I'm sorry for b-bumping into you sir

???: It's alright

Akari: Brother?

???: *Turns around to face Akari* Oh Akari what are you doing here?

Sakawa: H-He's you brother

Akari: Yep

Akira: I see you must be out new recruit, name's Akira, Akira Woo nice to meet you

Sakawa: N-Nice to meet you too, name's Sakawa and by the way why are your last names are different even you are siblings?

Akira: . . .Years ago our parents where the children of the Ms. Kawakaze's greatest student who became the leader of Thunderstorm clan, Ae-Cha our grandmother

Sakawa(Yui) heard Ae-cha from her grandfather and according to him Ae-Cha is a challenging and hard opponent as she is the reason why the Secret Wars ended in The Thunderstorm clans favor

Akari: We and our Family are having a fun time in a vacation area that are families made to made Grandmother happy but at our way home a truck collided with the vehicle we are using killing our parents, we were about to go to the orphanage until Ms. Kawakaze take us in her wing and trained us to use one of the three breathing techniques: Wind, Thunder and Water

Akira: Mine is Water, Hiroko is Thunder and Akari is Wind

Sakawa: So what's mine technique

and then suddenly Hiroko came and spoke

Hiroko: The Thunderstorm breathing

and then Sakawa yelped as she was shocked that Hiroko is behind her

Sakawa: Y-You scared me?!

Hiroko: Sorry about that so what are you thoughts about the town?

Sakawa: It's very nice and lively, so what's the thunderstorm breathing?

Hiroko: The Thunderstorm breathing is combination of Wind, Thunder and Water and was only used by those who are worthy of it, Ms. Kawakaze is the first user and the one that formed the clan while our Grandmother was the second user of that breathing style and now you are going to be the third user

Sakawa: Eh?!

and then Hiroko proceeded to explain how the Thunderstorm Clan choose it's pupils 

A few minutes later(I got lazy on putting the way how the Thunderstorm Clan choose it's pupils sorry)

Hiroko: And that's we choose the future members of the Thunderstorm Clan

as Hiroko finished speaking Sakawa's brain processed this information very carefully and then after a minute she spoke

Sakawa: I-I understand

Hiroko: With that said and done follow me

and so Sakawa followed the 3 siblings to the temple where she'll learn Thunderstorm Breathing

At the Temple not so far away from Sakawa and the others

We could see Kawakaze meditating peacefully and then suddenly wind passed through making Kawakaze open her eyes and spoke

Kawakaze: She's here, very well then

and then Kawakaze stands up and grabs her sword and heads to the temples entrance to meet Sakawa and the others
