As Everyone including Hiroko are shocked that Kawakaze throwed her sword in the air, within a blink of an eye, Kawakaze closes her distance to Hiroko, shocking her and everyone

The Eight Form was one of the most unorthodox forms of any breathing style. The user loses their sword completely either by throwing it up or setting it on the ground. Doesn't really matter, but this form implements a users martial arts skills to the highest ability possible. It increases the users speed and agility to superhuman levels while also giving a moderate boost to physical strength.

As Hiroko used her sword to block the punch from Kawakaze's fist, the sword that Hiroko used was destroyed in half, shocking her as if Kawakaze was at her prime when she has superhuman strength when she was a shipgirl, Hiroko never saw her grandmother using these technique before, she only saw her Grandmother uses a sword in there duels, but this is different now

And from there Hiroko engaged Kawakaze in using martial arts, with Hiroko staying in the defensive as Kawakaze make a all out attack on her

but due to Kawakaze's fast attacks, Hiroko body started to feel the pain, causing her to fall on the ground as she felt her body is getting numb, making Kawakaze the winner of the battle 

After that Kawakaze takes the unconscious Hiroko back to temple while Sakawa(Yui) takes Kawakaze's sword with Akari and Akira following her back to the temple

and with that the festival ended 

An Hour Later

At the temple

"Ugh my head"

Those are the words that Hiroko said as she woke up and saw that she was in one of the infirmary beds of the temple

and then the turned to her left and saw Kawakaze knitting something until she noticed Hiroko is awake

Kawakaze: Oh your awake, how are you feeling?

Hiroko: I-I'm fine, a little

Kawakaze: Sorry for getting out of hand there

Hiroko: I understand Grandmother, but why is your eight technique like that?

Kawakaze: It wasn't me who created that technique to be honest, it was your real grandmother, she wanted to make a thunderstorm technique that could use hand to hand combat incase she lost her sword and eventually the gods gave her some martial arts training, with your grandmother teaching me the 8th technique while I teach her the 9th one, the final Thunderstorm technique

Hiroko: I see, will you teach it to Yui?

Kawakaze: Oh course-

and then suddenly Kawakaze coughed violently causing her to pull a cloth to cover her mouth

and then after 30 seconds Kawakaze removed the cloth and saw a lot blood with Hiroko noticing it to 

Hiroko: Grandmother-

Kawakaze: I-I'm fine no need to worry about-

Hiroko: No I won't stand aside like I always do, we need you to take you to the hospital -

Kawakaze: I can't

Hiroko: What?

Kawakaze: At least not tomorrow *pulls out a letter* Yui give this to me when I told Akari and Akira the truth about Yui's identity, well Yui was about to tell them because of her felling guilty for not telling the full truth on why she's here, to my surprise the two accepted them with Yui getting close to Akira even more.

Hiroko: I-I see, but why not tomorrow because of the letter?

Kawakaze: Because Lady Nagato requested to talk to me

and from there Hiroko's eyes widen at the reason
