(A/n: I normally don't put photos but I think it's funny)

While Ei was walking, she could not get rid of the feeling of emptiness. Her walk was so bland. Just like how she felt back in the darkness of the euthymia.

Was it because of Daichi's death still haunting her?

Ei regretted venturing Seirai Island. Her time of adventure there in the distorted Island gave her nothing but pain and sorrow.

Atleast Tomo was there to comfort her... but it felt it was not enough for her. Ei feels like he was being more and more distant from her or was it her acting distant.

Is she the problem?

Ei doesn't want to be a cause of a problem ever again. Especially if it's something to do with her and her close ones.

Why won't he just stay with her for eternity?

If he really loves her... would he give up his whole being for just to be with her? Tomo did died for her but Ei wants him to stay even in the verge of his disappearance, as long if it makes the both of them happy by eachother's side. But the both of them will neither be happy with it.

Maybe... having a relationship with a deceased is a bad idea?

The idea of having a romantic relationship with the dead and having an affair with a 3000+ god is both weird and wrong in every each corner but they both felt first love at first sight and true love even though they didn't believe in those romantic things.

Was it really true love?

Ei didn't know what she really feel for him. Her feelings were unclear as a dense fog and an uncommunicative child.

Does Tomo have any doubts about this relationship they have?

Ei hates the fact about Tomo being secretive and making excuses if she asks questions that involves with his spiritual self. If he lies to her more than once, she will be...

Ei was drowned in her own thoughts that she haven't realized that she had reached Konda Village.

The village was peaceful at night and according to Ei's vision, Tomo's house should be just below a river near the village.

Ei followed the path before her vision fades completely. Down the river near a small waterfall, there stood a house.

The house looks a bit wrecked but still stood up tall. Vines crept up its wooden walls and tall grass grown out the soil with overgrown flowers beside the gates.

As Ei walked through, electro crystalflies with the fireflies gleamed within the peaceful garden.

Ei reached the front porch of Tomo's house and opened the sliding door slowly. Ei entered the house cautiously and observed her dim surroundings.

There were display of katanas, a shodo hanged against the wall, and a tear up window that allowed the moonlight to pass through.

In Ei's left, she saw the way towards the kitchen and onto her right was a dark hallway with only one door opened that gained light.

Ei noticed how Tomo's house was the same design as his house back in his dream world.

The wooden floors creaks at every step Ei took. She took a peek inside the open room.

The room was dusty and pieces of shattered mirror was laying there helplessly with blood imbedded on it. The blood was wet and Ei presumed the one whom shattered must've not been so far from where she is now.

There was a broken door at the other side that welcomed the moonlight enter room. Ei approached the door cautiously and hears faint whimpers coming from outside.

Ei followed the sorrow cries and there she saw a maple haired boy with his knees against his chest and his arms wrapping around his legs.

Kazuha sniffed the air and smelled the fragrance of lavender with a slight scent of cinnamon with maples. Kazuha recognize the fragrance and turned to his side to find Ei standing before him.

"La-lady Sh-shogun!" Kazuha stammered and wiped his face by using his sleeve. Kazuha was about to stand up but Ei stopped him by sitting to him.

"W-why are you here...?" Kazuha asked while scooting away from the bakufu. Ei took a while to find herself a dishonest answer before finally speaking "I just... heard from locals about this abandoned house being haunted and I came in for a visit to check it myself. How about you?" Ei turned to Kazuha making him look away from her gaze.

Ei saw a glimpse of his swollen eyes but shrugged it off "I-I came here to test my bravery a-and now... I ended up... with this" Kazuha showed her his hand that was covered in blood.

"I see. Why would you test your bravery? For someone like you, I believe you're not terrified of the world anymore" Ei said "Everybody has their weaknesses and worst fears... that includes a god and even spirits" Kazuha said "You have a good point. It's hard to overcome something you fear the most. Fear is not always related to monsters of some sort but tragic events happened in your life" Ei said

"Have you ever experienced it?" Kazuha asked and Ei nodded "Yes I have. In fact, countless of times before I even become an archon myself" Ei said "If someone reminded you of your lost ones... will you shed into tears and go on into rage?" Kazuha asked "I did once centuries ago but now... I only just keep up a strong face to not be outwitted by my emotions" Ei said and Kazuha nodded slowly.

"How do you move on from your lost ones?" Kazuha asked "Back then, I don't know how to move on from it but the travelers gave me advice to meet new people and spend more time with friends" Ei said and the eerie place became a place of tranquil.

Kazuha smiled "The travelers really are traveling therapists..." he mumbled "Hm? Did you said something?" Ei asked "N-no... I said nothing..." Kazuha then stood up from his sitting position and bowed at Ei "Thank you, lady Shogun but I shall be going now" Kazuha said "What are you thanking me for?" Ei asked "For making me feel that I'm not crying alone in this world" Kazuha explained with a calm smile before running off the distance.

Ei was not able to say 'you're welcome' or a 'farewell' to him "...okay" Ei said and felt happy and rather proud of herself for making someone get up from his sorrows. What Kazuha felt just now that made him happy was the same feeling Ei have felt when the travelers and Yae came to aid her wavering emotions.
