⋆ ★ CHAPTER 12

As me and Lili get ready, she asks me  "So, how do I look?" "You look amazing as always, but why are you asking?"

"Well, im single and Oscar is too isnt he?" Lili explains. "LILI U LIKE...OSCAR?" "Calm down Anna, its just a joke, but he doesnt look bad you know" she replies with a grin on her face.

15 minutes later

"They should be here any minute. Gosh Lili im so nervous please do something to calm me down"

Lili puts her hands on my shoulders and says "Trust me Anna, your gonna be just fine. I know you." as I slowly start to calm down.

And then, the doorbell rings. Me and Lili stare at eachother for a second and nod as we walk up to open the door for Pedro and Oscar.

Before I could even say hi to Pedro, my bestfriend asks him and Oscar if they brought snacks.

"Hell yeah we did" Oscar replies as he shows a bag full of junk food and some alchohol.

As Pedro walks into my house, I feel my heart beat raise by a mile. Its hard to believe HE is in MY house.

I guide Pedro and Oscar to the living room while Lili prepares the snacks in the kitchen: cheetos, lays chips, tons of chocolate, pop tarts and so much more.

I introduce myself to Oscar "Nice meeting you, Oscar. Pedro has been telling me so much about you, I just couldnt wait to meet you!"I say with a smile on my face to seem polite.

"Why Pedro has told me alot about you too, Anna. Isn't that right, PEDRO?" Oscar says to me as I start to blush.

I look down to Pedro on the couch, he seems embarrassed and is blushing, just like me.

How cute I think to myself.

After Lili finally finished preparing the unhealthy (but very tasty) snacks the two men brought, I can tell she starts to blush the second she sees Oscar. He seems to do the same thing.

I take a quick look at Pedro and give him a wink because him and I both know very well Lili and Oscar have a love on the first sight  thing going on.

I can already tell this will be a night to remember.

"So guys, which movie shall we start with?" I ask. "Forget movies, lets watch The Mandalorian" Pedro answers trying to tease me.

"Haha very funny Pedro" I say with a straight face. "Moonknight is better", Oscar says proudly.

"Why dont you two men shut up and let me and Anna pick the movies?", Lili says.

"I agree on that one", I laugh. Oscar and Pedro roll their eyes sarcastically.

5 long minutes later, we decide to watch the Disney classic "Frozen". Me and Lili have always loved that movie.

"Alright guys, we have decided to watch Frozen." I tell Pedro and Oscar.

"SERIOUSLY?" they both say at the same time. Jinx. "Only real men watch frozen" Lili says as a joke, to tease them.

"Fine." Oscar pouts with his arms crossed.

2 hours later

After we finally finished watching Frozen, I head to the kitchen to grab myself a drink.

As I walk to the kitchen, I suddenly start to hear steps behind me - Thats not him, is it? I think to myself.

I enter the kitchen and there he is. Pedro. "Uh what are you d-doing here?" I ask with a shaky voice.

"Just grabbing some drinks for me and Oscar." he replies chilled.

How can he be so calm? I think to myself as I slowly walk back to the living room where I see Frozen 2 starting to play.

"ANOTHER DAMN DISNEY MOVIE?" Oscar yells with a drunk voice. Me and Lili laugh because Oscar's so hilarious when he is drunk.

45 minutes later

As i sit beside Pedro, my eyes slowly start shutting.

No, dont fall asleep. Not now, Anna. I think to myself as my body slowly falls into Pedros arms and my eyes shut.

I feel safe here, in his arms.

And then, everything turns black as I fall into a deep and warm sleep.
