"A miracle, that! If me and the crew hadnt been out there collecting basalt pilars for ningguang, youd have been dead! ur stories crazier then our kid kaedehara's..." she chuckled, the tone of her voice decreasing at the end as she downed the drink clasped in her hand

"A miracle indeed, captain beidou." a soothing, gentle voice came from the door to the right of you, as a short white haired boy walked into the room

"Ah, kazuha, just the boy I was thinking about! Meet our new crew member!" Beidou walked over to the boy, hanging her arm around his neck, giving him a quick squeeze. "We don't exactly know their name.. seems quite a lot of their memory was washed.." she whispered this bit to him, to which he solmenly nodded

He walked over to you, each movement he made swaying gently like the wind. Your aura felt anxious, but it was as if he passed over his gentle and calming to you. He crouched down, extending a hand to you.

"I am Kaedehara Kazuha, a wanderer who roams the land. Pleasure to make your accquantaince."

You placed your hand in his, as he gave it a gentle squeeze, smiling at you

"Nice to meet you too, kazuha."
"I'm.. um... i uh... i don't know, really" you whispered, sadness glinting your eyes as you pursued your lips in a straight line

He chuckled softly
"Thats alright. I will be here with you during your journey. We will find out together"

You didn't know why, but you could feel tears pricking the corners of your eyes. It felt so sincere, his words.

"Thank you..." you returned a small smile, your glossy e/c eyes keeping in contact with kazuha's ruby ones

You heard beidou chuckle from behind kazuhas back

"Love at first sight is what id call this exchange, if I had a say."

"I-"
"N-No-"

You hastily retracted your hand from kazuhas, eyes looking anywhere but his and beidous face.

Kazuha sighed in response. "Captain beidou, if i may be so bold, please refrain from any remarks like those. Go easy on our new crew member."

She hummed. "Haha. Alright, kid. Cant guarantee it, though. " kazuha mentally deadpanned at this, shaking his head

"Regardless, it has come to my attention, too, that we have no name to address our new companion by. If i might, would you allow me to designate one for you? I feel as if I have the perfect one." He directed the first half of his speech to beidou, and the second half to you.

You simply shaked your head at him, urging him with your curious eyes to carry on

"Y/N. That is what I would like to name you. I cant help but feel your appearance is familiar to another wanderer i was acquainted with back in inazuma. Your small smiles, your e/c eyes, they seem to match up, somehow, to the image i have stained in my memory of them."

"Y/N.." you uttered, your curiosity being fulfilled. Abruptly, your head began to throb again, and your vision became blurry. You gripped your head and squeezed your eyes shut, before you were completely out black again.
