With great speed, 4 launched at Starla, blade in hand and slashed. As Starla dodged, she watched as X laughed a crooked sound. "Time after time, you keep trying to kill me. Heh, well no more of that now. 4, extract her heart." As she spoke, 4 took a few steps toward Starla, ready to strike. However, just as Starla prepared for an attack, something happened...
A green and blue eye solidified over 4's right eye, as he turned on his mother and struck. There was silence for a moment, and then X coughed. Blood leaked from their mouth, as their shocked eyes darted from the sword in their chest, and the boy she had previously thought was too weak to ever harm her. " You... BRAT! WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN AFTER THIS?! I'LL COME BACK-" "No, you won't." 4 had finally spoke, but he sounded.... Off... "While I must thank you for my host, so perfectly chaotic in every way... I made a deal to end you. So, apologies, but this is your end, Xestelle..." Once he finished speaking, he ripped the sword from X's chest, and the shard of her soul was shattered, three parts racing in two distinct directions. One, being Starla. As the shard fused into her shard, she groaned in pain from the addition... "Just who the hell is that...?" She managed to grumble out towards Cat-Eye. "Why... That's Wolf Eye..."
As the being now named 'Wolf-Eye' turned to look at them, he spoke calmly. "Cat-Eye, Starla. As much as I would love to continue speaking here, I must be off. This body needs some adjustments before we next meet. Therefore, I bid thee farewell..." And he left, before anyone could say anything.... Before anyone could say goodbye to the broken child now gone... Before anyone could question who-and what- Wolf Eye is. Maybe these questions will be answered at a later date..... Perhaps.
