~ "Are you sure?!" Bokuto slightly laughed.
"Yes, I'm sure!"
"Maybe you're just overreacting. Plus, you know she's taken and the bro code exists you know."
"I'm not an idiot. Of course I know that."
"Then back off? Slap yourself a few time. Maybe spill a little water on your face. Go for a walk and think about this. You're not in love with Y/N." Bokuto suggested.
"Yeah, maybe you're right. Maybe I am overreacting. Anyways I gotta go. Thanks for the advice."

Bokuto happily hung up, "Man, maybe I should be cupid or smthn. I give really good love advice."

Due to the sudden knocking on his door, Kenma opened it to find a sobbing Y/N standing at his door.
She had considered turning around and leaving many times which is why she had been standing there for almost an hour.
The more she thought about what happened, the guiltier she felt and the more the tears kept spilling.
She was sure Kenma would probably hate her after she told the truth.
After letting her in and taking her up to his room, he began to get worried since she's been there for about five minutes and still wouldn't stop crying.
He brought her a glass of water and she refused. He pulled out his phone and started playing a game while she cried. He decided to wait a bit before opening his mouth,
"Are you okay? Why're you crying?"
She looked down at her lap. She couldn't look him in the eye even if he wasn't looking at her to begin with. "I slept with Akaashi. There's really no easy way to put it. I don't know why I did it but I did. And then this morning I found out he was already sleeping with someone else so we got into another fight. I don't know why I keep getting myself tangled up with him when he's clearly showed he's not worth my time. I'm so sorry, Kenma. I slipped up after everything you've done to help me."
The blonde haired setter stayed silent for a little bit. He couldn't lie, he felt frustrated.
He didn't understand why she was so stuck on Akaashi when he's humiliated her countless of times or doesn't even acknowledge her existence.
Nonetheless, he put a hand on her shoulder, "It's okay. Don't worry about it. I don't even know why you're apologizing to me. It's not like we're actually dating."
She finally looked at him but with a more shocked expression as she wiped her tears away, "Really? That's it? You're not mad?"
He shrugged, "No? If we were really dating, I would've dumped your ass but since we're not, it doesn't really matter who you sleep with. I cant lie though, I am upset at the fact that it was Akaashi, yet again, but I also can't really say I'm surprised."
"I'm a failure, I know."
"Not a failure, you're just not ready to let go. And that's okay too. Feelings don't fade in an instant." He explained, still not getting distracted from his game.
"I don't get why you're so nice to me. If I were you, I would've hated me."
He pushed pause and looked up at her, "Youre my friend. I don't want to hate you, I want to help you. You just need to really open your heart to someone who isn't Akaashi. There are other fish in the sea you know."
She laughed, "Yeah well, it's just been me and Akaashi for years. And Bokuto who recently joined us. I'm not really close with their teammates and I just recently met you. There haven't been much boys for me to open up to. Especially when no one tries to come up to me."
He stared at her for a second before leaning in and placing a small kiss on her lips. After he pulled away, she smiled, "What was that for?"
"I don't know. I just felt like I needed to get the 'Akaashi' off of you. I cant let him be the last person you kissed."
Her smiled got bigger before she leaned in for another kiss. She pulled away, an even bigger smile on her lips.
"Choose me. Please." He quickly said.
Her eyes widened and her face went red, "Huh?! What're you talking about."
He looked back at his game, face red from embarrassment, "If you want someone to give your heart to, give it to me. I promise I won't break it. Just please, don't let him have it anymore."
"Kenma, I-"
"Dont decide right now. I know that you need time. So whenever you're ready to talk, Im here."
