• Chapter 10 •

Izuku wasn't sure how to act in this situation. He was left to stand there and stare at Katsuki, who was simply staring back at him in return.

"I-I-" Izuku stuttered out. He wasn't even trying to make a comprehensive sentence, his vocal cords just started to vibrate out of sheer anxiety.

Katsuki eventually let out a laugh, "Heh, we spent the whole day together and now you're gettin' shy on me?" He teased, which came out as a slight flirt with the tone of the last few words.

He grabbed his pajamas and walked towards Izuku, causing the greenette to slightly jump.

"I-I'm not shy, just... Shocked is all! I-I think Ashido gave us the wrong room!" Izuku exclaimed.

"Nope. Turns out she told my mom to order different rooms than what I had asked for. I told that hag to just get everyone luxury rooms but instead, Ash ordered four couple suites and three single luxury rooms. Guessing those are for Todoroki, Yaoyorozu, and Sero, since Peppermint Patty and Ponytail didn't come with their significant others and Sero, ain't finding love any time soon." Katsuki joked.

"Aw, don't say that about him." Izuku calmed down a bit.

Still doesn't make sense why Ashido would order one more couple suite than needed. There's only three couples on the trip.

This is why I don't drink anymore... Especially around Ash... Dammit...

"W-Well, I don't mind sleeping on the couch. It definitely isn't my first time having to do so. I'm sure you're used to sleeping in a huge, luxury bed so I'll let you have that liberty. Especially since this is your family trip after all!" Izuku happily decided, beginning to head over to his suitcase to grab his things until Katsuki grabbed his arm in a tight hold.

"Hang on there, freckles." The blonde pulled the other male back in front of him.

F-Freckles?

"I'm not having you sleep on the damn couch. We can just share the bed. It's not we haven't slept together before."

Izuku blushed, "D-Don't say it like that! W-We just fell asleep in the same bed, that's all!"

"No shit. What did you think I meant?"

Izuku had turned redder.

That's what I get for living with Ochaco for so long. Her dirty-minded way of thinking has rubbed off on me.

"Well, we still have some time before we should head in. I'm sure the others were going to take a look around if you wanna join them. I'm sure they were gonna do a tour for you in the first place." Katsuki rubbed the back of his head.

"What are you gonna do?" Izuku tilted his head.

Katsuki lifted his shirt off, making Izuku blush and slightly avert his gaze, looking back here and there, "Eh, I don't know. I might just watch TV, play on my phone, or whatever else."

"You're not gonna walk around the resort with everyone?" Izuku tried to look at Katsuki while the blonde started to slip off his pants and replace them with black pajama bottoms.

"Not really. I've spent one month every year in this place so I pretty much know where everything is and I don't care for much of it anyway." He slipped on his new pants and sat down on the bed, "It's fine though. Go have fun with the others for a bit."

Izuku stood there, doing nothing but blinking every few seconds. He had a thought in his mind that he wished to announce, but it wasn't easy translating it into words. He blushed, staring down at the ground while pushing and rubbing the tips of his index fingers together.
