Jeno blankly stared at his laptop screen as his assistant awkwardly stood in front of him. "Sir I made your coffee that you asked for.." Kyong said while setting down the cup of coffee on the male's desk, Jeno didn't answer as he kept staring at his laptop, the younger male nodded before leaving the office.

Jeno sighed as he took a sip of his coffee. The male was not himself these past few days, he would drink more often than he usually would, be 4 hours late to work or just not show up at all, he began to isolate himself in his own house. "Jeno, Donghyuck wanted me to drop off some pastries for you." Mark said while inviting himself into the male's office, Jeno hummed in response as he set down his cup of coffee "Give the pastries to your nephew's school, I'm not hungry." Jeno told the older, Mark sighed while taking a seat in front of Jeno "Jaemin's been living with his parents again, Doyoung told me the only time he would come out is for the bathroom or to go to work." Mark mentioned to the younger, Jeno pushed his hair back with a sudden frustration taking over him "Why is he acting like that?" He asked while leaning back in his chair, Mark looked at his friend awkwardly before scrunching his nose "I could ask the same about you Jeno, you and Jaemin are not being yourselves these days. You miss work, you're slowly becoming an alcoholic and you're isolating away from your friends. You need to stop." Mark told the male. Jeno rolled his eyes as he got up from his chair leaving his office.

Jaemin picked at his food that his parents made as he sighed. "It's been a while since we had dinner together." Taeil said trying to start a conversation, Jaemin was silent as his father looked at him with worry. "Nana is everything ok?" Doyoung asked his son, the younger male shrugged his shoulders "I'm fine father, just feeling drained." The younger male responded, Doyoung shot a glance at his husband who was already looking at him "Jaemin if the breakup is taking a toll on you this badly you should talk it out with Jeno, I know he wouldn't mind talking it out with you." Taeil explained to his son.

Jaemin shrugged his shoulders "I'm surprised he didn't ask me to go away and make me disappear." He stated with a sad smile, Doyoung and Taeil felt guilty as they showed Jaemin a reassuring smile. "Talk it out with Jeno and see what happens from there, if it doesn't go well you can move back in with us ok?" Doyoung told his son, the younger male nodded "Alright, I will." Jaemin assured his parents.

~Time Skip~

Jeno looked at his ex lover as Jaemin avoided eye contact with the older. "I missed you Jaemin.." Jeno blurted out, the younger male hummed in response "I'm sorry that things turned out this way for you and me, I didn't mean to make things even worse between us." Jeno continued, Jaemin stayed silent as he tried to find the right words to say "Do you maybe want to uh start over Jaemin?" The older asked.

Jaemin shook his head as he got up from the couch "I need to think about if we're truly meant to be Jeno.. we haven't spoken to each other for a while and I been thinking that one day you would just go sleep around or just say you didn't want me around anymore.." He explained as he played with his fingers. "I thought you came here to talk?" Jeno said in a questioning tone, the younger male sighed "I did come here to talk but it's just that I don't feel like myself anymore, the person you been with since we was both kids and the boy you dated for almost 6 years.." Jaemin explained. Jeno felt his heart break a little seeing the younger not himself "Jaemin I will only ask you this once.. do you want to start over? or do you just want to remain strangers?" The older asked as he got up from the couch grabbing Jaemin's hand.

Jaemin looked at his ex lover with a sad smile before nodding. "I want to start over but please clean up your house if you want me to move in with you, it reeks of alcohol." He told his boyfriend, Jeno smiled as he hugged his lover resulting in Jaemin gagging of the smell "You smell bad too! Go shower!" The younger said while covering his nose, the older male rolled his eyes as he let go of the younger to go shower.

~Time Skip~

Jeno and Jaemin was currently cleaning up Jeno's house while having music in the background. "Jaemin did you ever throw the things I gave you away?" Jeno asked as he threw away the alcohol bottles, the younger nodded "Yeah but I got them out the trash afterwards." Jaemin answered as he swept the floor, the older male nodded as he walked over to his boyfriend with a smile "You know, I really missed your kisses baby.." He said as his hands found their way around the younger waist.

Jaemin hummed in response as his attention was on cleaning the house. "If you're not gonna help clean, you can go away." The younger told his boyfriend, Jeno sighed as he turned Jaemin around "I want a kiss nana, just one." The younger stared at his boyfriend before leaving a soft kiss on his lips "There's your kiss, now clean." Jeno wrapped his arms fully around the younger's small waist as he pulled the younger into a deep passionate kiss taking Jaemin by surprise before melting into the kiss.

Jeno soon broke the kiss as he looked into the younger's dark brown eyes. "I love you Jaemin and I hope we can spend many more years together." Jaemin smiled as he playfully rolled his eyes "You're so cheesy Jeno but I love you too." Jeno smiled before pulling Jaemin into another kiss.

The two boy's finally felt happy that they have each other again.
