"Oh god, I'm sorry for asking honey! Well, you seemed to really like him so we wished to see you two together more."
I am truly surprised by how everytime Eric faces something bad and still stays so strong. This is one of the worst things that had happened to him and he is dealing with this so well. I don't know what I would do if something like that happened to me. I am a highly sensitive individual, as you can assume from me crying about a drama. I wish that I could be like him. Emotionally strong.
"It's fine aunty! Don't worry about it too much. It feels good to share with others. I feel like I'm getting over it the more I talk about it."
"Okay Eric. You are like a son to me, so if you want to talk to someone about anything, feel free to come to me."
"Umm mom, as his bestie I'm supposed to do that. You're kinda stealing my job."
We had a good laugh at that. After dinner, as the situation lightened, we took our ice cream along with us to my room.
"So, I kinda came to know about a new Thai BL drama...
I flipped my head back at him.
"What is it called?"
"It's called KinnPorsche the series. It has started to air since 2nd April, and has relesed till episode 4. Let's watch that."
"Omgeez yes! What is it about?"
"Oh it's a mafia romance by the one and only - GMMTV."
I switched on the A.C. and laid on the bed. Eric followed me. I switched on the TV, scrolling through the apps until Netflix. I searched for the drama and tapped play.
"Oi San, let's go out tomorrow. It's a Saturday, so no pressure."
"You and me, roam the city?" I asked faking a French accent.
"Yes milady."
We dug into our ice creams. After we had watched all the released episodes, we went to bed.
