the worst thing
is watching your
life get planned
out for you, right
in front of you.
a car, health, insurance,
money, kids, a partner,
a lawn, the white fence,
church on Sunday,
eggs for breakfast, bills,
taxes, work, and death.
no wonder people
bathe with toasters
and bring their guns
to the grocery store.
