"KANG BEOMGYU" a shout rang around the walls of the apartment. A man, 5'10 in height covered in white flour emerges from the kitchen in a fury. On the other side, we see a 5'11 man squeezing himself into a closet while giggling. "Why did I marry him again?" The flour covered man mutters as he tried to find his husband who has planned, yet again another prank.

Beomgyu stiffles a giggle as he hears the younger mutter a series of curses as he gets closer. Unfortunately he moved a bit too much, making the closet rattle. A little 'shit' flows out of his mouth as he closed his eyes tightly. He can hear footsteps getting louder, and then a knock. "Kang Beomgyu if you don't get your ass out of that damn closet, you won't be getting out of the bedroom for a couple of days."

Beomgyu bursts out of the closet, falling on the floor as a result. He looks up to find Taehyun with his arms crossed. Beomgyu grins sheepishly, as he stood up and rubbed his nape nervously. "I-I'm sorry. I was bored okay!" He tries to reason out, only to hear a simple, "mhm" "You're in trouble, watch your ass" Taehyun sneered, he was joking but Beomgyu knows it's also a warning sign. "Now, I need to take a bath again. Tell hyungs we'll be late."

"I swear gyu, you should stop annoying Taehyun." Yeonjun lectures Beomgyu as they wait for Taehyun and Kai to finish ordering. "I know... I'll make it up to him, a surprise!" Beomgyu said, already planning in his head. "That better be good, I'm not saving you if it gets complicated." Soobin replies, making Beomgyu let out a fake gasp, "How— that's mean!" He faked being offended. "Don't worry, it's gonna be great."

"So like, what do you need me for hyung?" Kai asks as they walk towards the couple's house. "I need you to distract Taehyun for about 3-4 hours, make him exhausted when he comes home. I'm preparing a surprise at home." Beomgyu explained, the older received a nod from the younger who immediately skipped up to the door of their home. Beomgyu sneaked to the backyard.

Kai rang the doorbell excitedly, "누구세요?(Nuguseyo?/Who is it?)" Taehyun says as he walks to the door. "It's me, hyuka." Taehyun opens the door, "Why'd you come here? Wanna stay over?" Kai shakes his head. "I need someone to come with me, both hyungs are busy, please~" He pleads, Taehyun turns back, "Hyung! Can I go with Kai?" He shouts, "Y-yes! Yes, you can go!" Beomgyu replies hastily.

Kai brings Taehyun to a... plushie store, Taehyun deflates, this will take a long time... "Kai... That's enough plushies—" Kai rushes off to another floor." As Taehyun sighs, why'd he agree again? He runs after Kai, he was currently holding around 10 plushies that ranges in size. After awhile, they were currently on an isle, apparently Kai had to choose 10 plushies. Why was this hard? Well, they were looking at basically 50 plushies.

Finally, after they bought the 10 chosen plushies, Kai treated him for a short snack, that ended for him to be dropped off at his hous 4 hours later. He wonders if Beomgyu was worried, ofcourse he was, Beomgyu was constantly asking Kai where they were. But Taehyun didn't need to know that.

Beomgyu's side
After they left, I immediately start to cook, yes cook, I'll be cooking dinner for the both of us, I was in full concentration mode as 2 hours already past. I finished dinner and set it up on the table, adding covers to preserve it. He then rushes up the their rooms and storage to pull out several pillows, blankets and fairy lights just to make it "aesthetically pleasing" He rushes to set them up on the living room.

Yes, his plan is to have a cozy little date at home with Taehyun, maybe watch a couple of movies, and eat dinner while watching. He took his time making a big bed full of fluffy pillows and blankets, the lights go dim as he turned the fairy light on. He sits on the makeshift bed only to see he has 15 minutes left, he rushes to change his clothes, after all, it was supposed to be cute.

Taehyun unlock the door, surprised to see the lights dim to a yellow color. In confusion, he walks toward the source of the light. Only to find Beomgyu standing shyly in a large sweater, booty shorts and thigh high socks. "H-hi, s-surprise..?" Beomgyu spoke cutely. Even if Beomgyu and Taehyun argue, Taehyun will never get tired and will always admire Beomgyu's bashful, sweet and cute side. He was precious.

Beomgyu might be a big prankster, but he will always value his husband, they've been together for 8 years and in those 8 years, he loves every single bit of his husband, and that won't change. He smiled sweetly, "I know Kai gave you a hard time, I made dinner, sit on the couch and choose a movie, I'll get the food." Beomgyu turned around but was stopped when he was engulfed in a hug.

"You're so precious... I love you." Taehyun said as he turned Beomgyu to face him. He started to press little kisses around his face making the older giggle, "I love you more, I'll stop the pranks, I'm tired of it, I will demand kisses from now on." Beomgyu declared making Taehyun coo, "You're such a baby, but that's fine? You're my baby" Taehyun leaned in and brushed their noses together, eyes never leaving eachother in a fond smile.

Taehyun dropped his eyes to Beomgyu's lips, he leaned in to give Beomgyu a chaste kiss on the lips, full of love. They parted, just staring into eachother's eyes. "You look really cute in your clothes, I want to cuddle you—" "Stop~" Beomgyu whined, "I need to reheat dinner." Taehyun just hugged him tighter, "Then I'll bring you there." With that statement, he carried Beomgyu to the kitchen.

Beomgyu prepared dinner as Taehyun just attached himself on Beomgyu's back. Soon enough, they settled on the couch, Beomgyu feeding Taehyun as the younger claimed to be consumed by fatigue. They settled deeper on the makeshift bed, scrolling for movies on Netflix. "What about Heartstopper? It's a new series, and I heard it's lovely." Beomgyu suggested. "Whatever you want love." Taehyun simply replied.

Beomgyu clicked on the series immediately snuggling further on Taehyun's side as Taehyun securely holds Beomgyu close. They will never get tired of this, if it's bickering or simply cuddles, it's perfect and they wish it would all stay the same. This life was perfect, because they were made for eachother, made to find eachother, love eachother.
