Former tyrannical ruler of the Isles and the arch-nemesis of the Wild Witch Syndicate, Philip Wittebane was originally one of the only two humans that were accidentally transported to the Isles with his brother, Caleb. But, his anger at his situation got the better of him as he allowed a Lich to fuse with him, granting him magical power and a longer lifespan. Now as Emperor Belos, he reigns supreme with enforcing his Coven System and trying to merge the Human and Demon Realms together during his supposed "Day Of Unity". However, like all evil douchebags, Belos was permanently defeated and the Isles is now at peace from his tyranny..... At least, I think it is.
