Chapter9: Take care of yourself

Y/n's POV:
I opened my eyes to find myself tied on some chair. I look around and selena was tied on another chair beside me. But there was no gag in her mouth. "Sel" i whispered. She turned around looking at me. "Baby are you okay?" She said with watery eyes. "I am okay. Dont worry baby i will take you out of here safely.okay?" I said. "You promise?" She asked. "Yes baby I promise."
Suddenly the door opened and russo walks in. "What's up love birds?" He said taking a chair and sitting in front of us. "Billy motherfucking Russo, She has nothing to do with this. Leave her alone" i said with gritted teeth.
"I would have never involved her in the first place but you only talk when she is in pain" russo smirked. "What the hell do you want?" I asked. "Well..." he sighed "How many times i have told you to not interfere in my business?". He continued. "Come to the point" i said
"There is a dark side in every business without it there is nothing. I sell drugs, alcohol. And you always interfere in that." He said. "Bullshit russo! You do human trafficking, you murder people for your selfish reasons. You give me no choice" i said loudly. "Whatever. But you still interfere." Before i say anything he conitnued. "Soo..I dont want anything. I just want you dead." He said. "I'll see you try" i mocked laughing. "Ooh look at this kid he wanna fight. There are 80 people in this room kid. You wont stand a chance." He laughed. "Let's see. But you have to leave her alone before anything." I said.
"Have you lost it y/n? I am not going anywhere without you" selena spoke. "Y/n listen to your girlfriend" he said mocking selena. "Just leave her alone russo. And i am all yours". I said ignoring selena. "Y/n" she said controlling her tears. I cant see her like this. Russo you are so fucked up for bringing selena into this. I said to myslef.
"I thought i will leave her but then i changed my mind. I want her to see you die." Russo laughed.
"I told you i am all yours just leave her alone and i will do whatever you want."
I said. "What are you doing y/n/n?" selena said and i ignored her again.
"Uhmm okay" russo agreed and some men came and untied selena. "I am not going anywhere y/n/n?" Selena cried.
"Just leave selena. I promise you I'll come back...for you" i said. "Yeah selena your y/n/n will come back for you but not alive" russo said laughing.
"Y/n/n" selena said and i stopped her "I promise you sel. Just leave for now. " i said. She left the room crying.

After a minute one of russo's men came and untied me. Russo got up from the chair and went in sone room and many of his men started entering in the room.
They all started charging on me like two at a time. I knocked both of them and then another three men came with knives in their hand. "Thats not fair" i said taking a knife from one of them and knocking him out. I threw knife in the eye of another man and pulled it out and stabbed it in third guys head. They all fell down. "I dont have time assholes. Lets finish this fast" Two men started firing at me with pistols. I started running inside the room blocking the bullets. Then i saw my katana and my knife in the corner. I picked them up. "You guys are so screwed now" i shouted as the reloaded their pistols and started shooting again. I used my katana blocking every single bullet and heading towards them. I stopped infront of them and they looked surprised as not even one of thier bullets touched me. I seperated both of their heads in one slice of my katana. The fight lasted for minutes i killed almost everyone of russos men. While others were injured seriously.

I saw russo watching me from some kind of safe room. I ran towards it banging it hardly. "Dont be a pussy russo. Come out. Fight me" I practically shouted. "I will.." was only the thing he said before i felt a gun pointed at my head. I raised my arms turning around. Russo was watching everything as the room had bulletproof windows all around the room. " y/n y/n y/n. You should have confirmed your kills before coming to me" he laughed. I was thinking how to pull the gun out of the guys hand. When i see someone hitting the mans arm so hard with a stick dropping the gun out in the process. I turned around to see it was selena. What the hell is she doing here. "Baby i told you leave" i shouted at her. "And i told you i wont leave without you" she hugged me and i hugged her back.
" Leave its not safe" i said pulling out of hug. I saw russo unlocking his door. He was walking towards us. "Babe leave" i said to selena.
Selena started walking out. Russo loaded a gun and started firing at me. I blocked every bullet again but this time one bullet hits me. It just went through my arm leaving a mark and it started bleeding. I groaned in pain. I threw a knife at russos arm and he dropped the gun screaming. I went close to him pulling out the knife and stabbing in his chest knocking him out. I heard selena running towards me. "Babe are you okay" she said coming closer. "Yes baby i am fine. Are you okay" i said hugging her tightly. She started showering kisses all over my face. "Dont ever leave me alone" she said. I leaned closer and kissed her on her lips. When we pulled back i heard a firing sound. Before i could see where that came from, selena pushed me aside taking two bullets in her. It was russo who fired the gun and he ran. I ran towards selena as she was falling back weakly. I caught her before she hit the ground. "Sel sel... selena ... baby.. you okay?" i said covering the spot where the bullet hit her, with my hand.
"Y/n....y/n/n...I...I..Love..I love you.." she said breathing heavily. "I love you too baby..stay with me. Keep your eyes open" i say. "Take...care..of..yourself" she said catching her breaths while cupping my face then she closed her eyes as her arm fell back down. "Baby... selena..wake up..stay with me.. i am taking you to the doctors..open your eyes baby.. you cant leave me.." i raised her arm checking her pulse which was dead. She wasnt breathing. "Nooooooo!" I screamed
"Selena baby get up...you cant leave me like this.. i cant live without you..please open your eyes.." i sniffled hugging her.
There was no response. This was all my mistake. I should have never gone to her house this way.

Dont worry baby i will take you out of here safely.okay? You promise?

These words were running in my mind shattering my heart into million pieces.
"I am so sorry baby. I didnt kept my promise.I am the worst person in this whole world. You deserved someone better. I lost you because of me. Please forgive me." I kept crying and talking to her, blaming myself knowing she is not coming back. I dont know what should i do as i lost my everything.
