Fight Between The Eldest Sons

Chapter 2 ~ Night with the Sakamaki's

~You're P. O. V.~

Once I walked into Shu's room and down the small staircase, I glanced around the new space as the door behind me closed by itself.

Off of the wall in front of me and a little to my right was Shu's bed with a yellow blanket lying on top of it and some white pillows. Across from that was a somewhat green couch with a few yellow stripes and also a round table set up in front of it with a large deep yellow rug lying underneath both of the items. To the left of that and facing the opposite wall of the bed was a wooden desk and chair that actually seemed to be used and not left alone and forgotten.

This room is really rather nice.

As I was looking around the room, I noticed that I couldn't see Shu anywhere. Then the sound of a bath being drawn from the bathroom could be heard as I walked over to the couch and sat down.

After a while of waiting for that blonde vampire to get out of the bathroom, I started to feel sleepy. It's not like I've always been sleeping during the day and being awake at night I mean c'mon, I'm not a vampire so why would I be doing that?

Shu is probably going to keep his bed and so I think I'll just sleep here on the couch to be safe...

I slowly moved my back pack onto the floor and laid down, kicking off my shoes as I go as to not get the couch all dirty. There were no free blankets or pillows that I could see so I simply just went to sleep on the bare couch with nothing to warm me.

Being asleep for no more than twenty minutes, I awoke to the sound of a violin being played. Opening one of my eyes and taking a small peek, I quickly saw that the blonde vampire was playing the string instrument with his back turned to me.

Shu suddenly paused the bow over the string, not a sound being heard from the string instrument now"Go back to sleep human, you're starting your first night of Night School tomorrow." He said monotonously.

I just yawned as I snuggled back into the couch. Once I was almost asleep again, that's when I noticed that my head was resting on a pillow and I had that yellow blanket that was originally on his bed now draped over me.

Shu was already back to playing and so he didn't hear my whispered "thank you" as I fell back asleep. I didn't think he was the type to be nice to someone so maybe the girl from before changed him a bit...?

Maybe he'll be someone I'll befriend later on...

That's stupid of me to think though considering he and his brothers are vampires and I'm a human. they probably think of me as nothing more than a blood bank at this point. And I'm going to be sleeping in the same room as a vampire each night...

Wait...

My eyes shot open as I looked around the room. Sunlight poured in from the windows to my left and I could see that Shu was sleeping in his bed already. I couldn't see anyone else in the room with us so maybe I'm just freaking out over nothing...

But the thought of Kanato, Ayato, or Laito being in here with me is just too creepy to simply ignore.

I slowly sat up on the couch, the blanket slipping from my shoulders. The blonde over there who is still sleeping doesn't have anything covering him and so I went ahead and got up from where I was sitting and walked over to his sleeping form with his blanket in hand. Carefully as to not wake him up, I draped the blanket over him and then decided to go and take a quick bath of my own.

It's almost sunset which means everyone should be getting up soon so hopefully I won't be murdered while trying to bathe. I can only imagine what would happen if I got trapped in the bathroom with Laito, Ayato, or Kanato. Or all three.
