My patience ran out and now I'm publishing Reij's ending super duper early omg I have a problem lol

*Random squealing because Reiji is my favorite of the two eldest sons and I love him waaaaayyyy tooooo much...* :$ I think it's an obsession... But an awesome one like my friends and family should be happy that I'm addicted to psychopaths and sadists that are fictional rather than drugs xD *teenage logic*

~Your P.O.V~

All that could be heard were the soft light thuds of my feet against the carpeted floors as I walked down the right side hallway. I swear if my heart was still a beating part of my body then it would be thumping harshly against my chest at a thousand miles an hour just because of how nervous I am to see him again, but this time as a vampire. Well, he is the one who turned me into this creature of the night after all so I shouldn't be too scared... Maybe...

It took a little while of me walking to reach the balcony Laito had told me about only a short while ago, but once I got there, I didn't want to move another step closer to the slightly ajar glass doors. On the other side of them was a black haired vampire who had his back to me and was staring up at the stars from where he leans on the balcony's railing, posture strangely relaxed.

This is a little awkward for me honestly. Am I just supposed to walk in and be like "hey, thanks for turning me into a vampy and saving me and things." Just no. That would be so awkward so how do I even approach him when he looks just so perfect standing there the way he is?!

Issues only people in love will understand I swear...

"How long do you intend to just stand behind those doors ___?" Reiji's cool voice rang out into the silent night as he continued to gaze up at the star filled sky, very nearly giving me a heart attack (as if my heart is even beating). I could vaguely see him shift his head ever so slightly to glance back at me, and then he went back to just staring up at the surprisingly very visible stars.

"I was trying to think of this awesome entrance to do but you just ruined that..." I laughed and played it off like I wasn't standing there because I was just far too awkward to physically walk over to him. "Besides, I needed to talk to you anyways."

Reiji took another glance back at me as I slowly pushed the doors wider and then approached him. He wasn't wearing his glasses which made it even easier to see his shimmering crimson red eyes in the dark night. The only light that flows down on us is from the bright half moon high up above.

I moved to stand beside him, lean on my arms that now rest on the railing as I looked over to him. The way the moon light hit's all of his facial features so perfectly makes him look like someone you could only ever find in a dream. Truly ephemeral. Maybe it's because he's a vampire that he looks just so dreamlike, but even if he wasn't a creature of the night, he would still look just as handsome as he does right at this moment.

"Why are you just staring at me?" Reiji finally spoke up as he shifted his crimson eyes to look at me. "Didn't you just say that you wished to speak with me?"

"I always wanted to look at you, but that would have been creepy if some random human was staring at you the first time you ever met her don't you think?" I responded with a question of my own.

"Hm, I assume so." Reiji chuckled. "But just because you're now a half vampire doesn't exactly mean you staring at me is any less of a creepy action. And if my memory serves me right, I do recall you throwing a juice box at Ayato once for blatantly staring at you. Shall I find a juice box of my own?"

I couldn't help but laugh at that memory. That was so long ago that I almost forgot that I ever even had that whole prank war with the red head. "I'm surprised you even remember that." The words left my mouth along with a few laughs at just the memory of Ayato being pegged in the face with that juice box and promptly looking as though I had just thrown out an entire order of his beloved takoyaki's .
