Chapter 9

Blake's POV

We kept waiting for Jayk to walk through the door. "Dude, how long is this little chat gonna be?" I said as I tied the laces of my shoes.

*Ding*Ding* Jonnie picked up his phone. "Jayk said he's on his way so you guys just get started and he can catch up when he gets here." Jonnie said.

"Alright." Drew said as he went to turn on the music.

We started rehearsing and about 10 minutes into rehearsal, Jayk ran in with his bag. "Alright where are we?"

"You're actually talking to us?" I asked letting out a laugh so I wouldn't sound too harsh.

"Yeah, everything has been talked over," He said letting out a big breath. "Tc," He said as he looked at Tc. "I'm happy for you and Bri man."

"Ah," Tc said coming to realization. "Thanks." Tc said with a laugh.

"Okay, can we get back to rehearsal?" Devin said. "I was getting in the groove."

"Alright, let's get back to it." I suggested.

We practiced the dances for all of our songs, except for one. Daylight was starting to fade and I wanted to get home and see Andrea. I had already started missing her and we weren't even at rehearsal but 5 hours maybe. I decided to text her. Heyy baby! We're almost done! See you soon kitty cat! I plopped my phone on the pile with my bag and all of my clothes. An hour later we finally finished. I checked my phone and had a text from Andrea. Okai Lets go do something tonight. My heart warmed and I got excited. Okay! Sounds good!

Drew walked towards me. "What's got you so excited?" he asked as he took a drink of his water.

"Nothin, Andrea and I are gonna go do something together." I smiled.

"Isn't that what the bedroom is for?" Drew laughed.

"Drew!" Ellie said as she walked through the door with Bridget. "Leave their sex life out of this please." She laughed. "Blake," she looked at me. "Andrea is getting ready so you better hurry up stud muffin."

"She's already getting ready?" I asked. "But I'm sweaty, I gotta take a shower!"

"That sounds like a 'you' problem." Bridget stated. "Better hurry and get over there."

I grabbed my clothes and stuffed them into my bag. I grabbed the bag and slung it over my shoulder. "See you guys later!" I said as I ran out the door.

Ellie's POV

I stared at Drew's sexy face with the sweat glistening off of him like morning dew. Sounds crazy I know, but I loved seeing him all sweaty. Gets me going. I grabbed his face and my lips smacked his. He grabbed my waist and pulled me closer. "What was that all about babe?" He asked as he smiled.

I looked around to see everyone staring at us. "Well damn you guys, get a room." Brittany said jokingly.

"Well, gosh! I'm sorry!" I said laughing. Everyone's attention fell away from drew and I. "Drew, why do you have to be so damn fine when you rehearse?"

"Oh, you know it's just all a part of my charm" He said with that smile that makes my heart pound 90 to nothing. He paused and looked at me for a second. "Why are you and Bridget here?" He asked.

"We just wanted to come see you guys in action but I guess we showed up a little too late." I smiled. "We should all hang out tonight."

"Tonight?" He asked looking rather confused. "But it's Monday."

"Yea, I know, but with you guys going back on tour this weekend, we won't really get to have any time together." I said.

"Oh, I guess that makes sense." Drew said. "Well what should we all go do?" He asked.

"We can always go to the park, the one where they're playing the movie, and just have a little picnic with the whole gang, except for Blake and Andrea of course." I suggested.

"That sounds good babe!" He smiled. "Let's do that!"

I turned around to get the whole crew to listen to our plan to go hang out for one last time all together before the boys went on tour again. "Hey you guys!" I shouted.

"Yo!" Tc shouted as him and Bri sat down on the bench together.

"What's goin on dudes?" Jayk and Devin asked.

"Okay, let's go to the park, watch the movie they're playing out there, and hang out." Drew said. "We've had time to cool off, so let's just go buy some snacks and go."

"The park? To watch a movie?" Jayk laughed. "Sounds cheesy."

"That sounds like an awesome idea!" Bridget said as she turned and gave Tc a kiss on the cheek. She held his arm and snuggled her head into the space between his neck and shoulder.

Tc smiled. "I'm down."

"Okay, me too." Devin said. "I'm gonna miss you girls when we leave."

"OH, alright, me too!" Jayk said folding under pressure. "Let's go get some food first."

"That was the plan smart one." Bridget laughed.

We went to the store and grabbed some sandwiches, chips, drinks and candy and headed out to the park. Everyone was sitting on the ground in front of the screen with their snacks and ready for the movie to start.

"I texted Ashley, she's on her way." Devin said with a smile on his face.

*Ding*Ding* I picked up my phone and saw a text from Andrea. Hey! We're heading to the park with you guys, the movie is sold out so we'll just meet you guys there.

I texted her back... Okay sis! See you in a few!

"Hey you guys, Andrea and Blake are coming too!" I said smiling. I was so happy that we would all finally be together before the boys left.

Andrea and Blake arrived a little before the movie started. "Hey! Are we late?" Blake asked. "Nope, movie starts in a few though." I reassured them. We were all sitting in a perfect row. It was Devin and Ashley, Andrea and Blake, Tc and Bridget, Me and Drew, and then Jayk. But we were all close together so that we didn't take up much room and so that we could still talk to each other without shouting across the park.

The movie began playing previews and I saw this girl walking, looking lost and not knowing where to sit. She looked as if she was looking for someone. Then she began to walk towards us. "Hi, do you think I could sit here for the movie?" She asked us.

"Sure! Go ahead!" I said. I saw Jayk smile as she sat next to him.

"Hi, what's your name?" I heard Jayk ask her.

"Brianna," she smiled. "Yours?" She asked.

"Jayk." He said with a smile still on his face.

"Ooooooo." I looked at Bridget. "Looks like someone's beginning to move on finally." I giggled.

"Awe. I haven't seen him that smiley since he went to a Miami Heat game." She laughed.

"Me either." I agreed.
