Chapter 4

Tc's POV
"Thanks guys for doing all this, you really didn't have to." I smiled.
"Dude! 23 is your lucky number, and you're 23 today." Devin said.
"So this just means today has to be an awesome day for you!" Drew butted in.
"But what about you and Ellie?" I said looking at Drew.
"Nah, don't sweat it, her and the girls are hanging out today."
"Alright, well, I really do want to thank you guys for all of this." I said trying to let them know I was appreciative.
"Hey, no problem!" Blake assured me by patting my back.
We went pretty much everywhere. 7 o'clock was beginning to roll around the corner and Drew finally decided for us to head back home.
I heard my phone ding and it was Bri. "Hey you guys, Bri just texted me and said she wants us to come over real quick."
"Why does she want us to come over?" Jayk asked.
"Probably to give Tc a little birthday present or something." Blake added.
"So why are we ALL going over there?" Drew asked. "Oh, she just texted and said the gift is for us too."
We walked to Bri's house and I knocked on the door. "Hm. No answer."
"Just barge in!" Devin shouted.
I opened the door and it was dark. "Is she even home? Isn't that her ca---"
"SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I saw all of my friends from home and my mom and cousins were even there. I couldn't explain how happy I was. Everyone staring at me and waiting for a response, I was honestly speechless. "Oh my gosh." We all 5 walked inside the house and there wasn't a body I didn't recognize. I knew everyone there. "You guys, this is amazing!" I couldn't stop smiling, I was so ecstatic. "Happy Birthday!!!" Ellie ran up to me and hugged me, followed by Andrea and Ashley.
"Thank you so much you guys." I said trying to hold in most of my excitement.
"Oh, don't thank us." Andrea said.
"Thank her." Ellie said pointing to the staircase where Bridget was waving at me. I saw her run down the staircase and next thing I noticed she was wrapped in my arms. "Bridget," I looked at her. "You did all of this?!" I said smiling.
"Yes! But with some help from Jayk and the girls." She blushed.
"So that's why you wanted Jayk to walk you back home last night." I said putting all the pieces together.
"Yes! I needed help with the decorations and everyone else was heading to bed except you and Jayk.
"Ohh, I gotcha now." I smiled.
"Oh! Happy birthday!" She said smiling at me.
"Thank you!" I looked at her beautiful face as the music played in the background. People were dancing all around me and having such a great time, but all I could notice was her eyes right in front of me. She was literally 3 or 4 inches in front of my face. I leaned in closer and just as we were about to touch lips...

Drew's POV
"Yo man! Happy birthday!! Isn't this party freakin amazing?!" I shouted feeling just a little tipsy.
I grabbed Ellie's hand and she pulled back a little. "Drew!" She tried to mask her yell, "you ruined their first kiss you dummy!" She laughed.
I pulled her to my body and made out with her like something from one of those big romance movies right after that couple has a huge fight and they just swap spit right in front of everyone!! But too bad everyone was too busy mingling and didn't seem to notice us.
I let go of her face. "Say, do you wanna??" I said pointing towards the guest bedroom Bri had in the back.
She smiled with a big seductive grin and nodded. I pulled her towards the bedroom and slammed the door shut.

Blake's POV
I heard the song begin to slow down some. I grabbed Andrea's hand and pulled her in for a kiss. "You decorate very nicely my lady. I must say, I've picked one amazing woman." I blushed holding her hips for the slow dance.
"And I have picked one amazing guy." She said back to me smiling and blushing as I did.
"So, do you plan on making me a surprise party for my birthday next month?" I laughed.
"Well, with 3 of you having a birthday in the same month one right after the other, I'm sure it's highly impossible." I frowned some. "BUT... You will have an amazing day I can bet you that!"
My frown changed to a smile again as my heart beated faster. "Am I blushing?" I asked her.
"Yes!" She said with a tiny giggle.
"Oh, how embarrassing," I said as I pulled her close into my arms and danced with her.

Bridget's POV
I looked at the door to see another guest come in. She had somewhat of a strawberry blonde hair color. She looked so familiar, 'who is that?!' I thought to myself.
"Michelle!" Tc shouted. He ran to her and hugged her.
I waved to her from a distance and forced a smile. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love the girl! She's so sweet! But come on... Think of it this way, the guy YOU have been in love with for soo long, welcomes the girl who HE used to be in love with. If that doesn't make anyone's heart pound faster than normal, then I don't know what would.
Jayk finally came over to talk to me. "So! Why are you all alone over here?" He asked with a smirk.
"Tc is talking to Michelle and I'm just going to let him talk to her," I tried to smile as if I wasn't bothered by it.
"Michelle is here?? Where are they?" We both looked around.
"Hmm, I don't know, he probably went to show her how amazing my house is." I smirked a little.
He kept talking to me as if he was trying to keep me away from Tc, but I kept eyeballing to try and find him. "Hm."
"Bri, " he looked at me with that bit lip he likes to drive me crazy with.
"Yea?" I smiled a little, cause I mean, let's admit it, Tc isn't making me smile right now and I can't just go pout about it either.
"You look absolutely beautiful tonight!" He smiled.
"Thank you Jayk." I smiled back. "Jayk?" I asked.
"Yea?" He said leaning in a little closer.
I tried to think on a topic about Tc so Jayk would back up a little. "I'm soo happy Tc liked everything! I love how he couldn't even wipe the smile off of his face, and come to think of it, I'm the one that put it there. I love seeing him smile..." I went on blabbering over and over about Tc... Until... Boom!! Jayk smacked his lips onto mine! A part of me wanted to stay there, but another part of me knew that Tc and I were getting closer and closer and I didn't want to ruin it so I pulled away from Jayk only to turn and look at what would break my heart, piece by piece. Every feeling of love, lust, care or trust that I had in Tc was all lost. There stood Michelle, her lips locked with Tc's in his own grasp. My heart wasn't broken. It was shattered... Into millions and millions... of pieces.
