Bridget's POV

I was getting ready for the party, but I couldn't figure out how I wanted to do my makeup. "Ugh! Being a woman is SO complicated!" I threw my eye liner on the bed because I couldn't think of what makeup look to do. I sat and thought about it for a good two minutes. Then I just decided to stick with something plain. It's not like TC would be here so I didn't care what I looked like, then the second I thought of TC not being here, everything just kinda went droopy. I didn't want to party like I did two minutes ago. I hate the way he made me feel, I loved him, but hated him at the same time, why can't I just have fun at this amazing party Ellie has set up, and stop being a little shit. I then heard Ellie call up to me. "Are you ready yet?! It's been 30 minutes."

I decided to put on a smile, cause after all, she did spend the whole day with me, and planned a party for me. I had to let her know I was grateful. Because I was, I was just missing TC. "Hey!! Im a woman it takes me a while, you should know this!" I shouted back at her.

"Well hurry up!! People are here!" She shouted.

"Okay!!" I shouted back.. Smile Bri... Smile. I kept thinking to myself, because maybe if I had the mindset, I would smile, and make her happy. I walked down the stairs and the first person I noticed was my sister! I hadn't seen her in so long, "Halie!!!" I smiled. "I missed you so much!!!" I said hugging her and began to cry a little. I then saw my mom, and my dad, and my step mom. I saw my whole family! It was honestly already the best birthday ever! I hugged my family, and then I saw my old friends from high school, and hugged them as well. I then walked to Ellie and made sure I hugged her as hard as I possibly could. "Ellie! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! How did you get so many of my friends here?!"

"Don't worry about that!" She laughed. "Just enjoy your party Bridget." I couldn't help but smile, because she is honestly the best person in the entire world. She even had friends for herself here, she brought her mom and dad from Wisconsin. Which I just considered my second parents. 😊😊

I was dancing and drinking and having the time of my life! I didn't think it could get better than this! It began to get close to midnight and everyone was still partying, and people were still showing up.

Ellie's POV

I watched Bri as she enjoyed her party, I was so happy I was able to be a part of something so special, and something even more special was yet to come. I talked and hung out with my family and friends while I let Bri enjoy hers. I finally received a text from Drew saying they had everything set up. I was so happy to see the text, so I didn't know what to do first. So I just decided to start sending people to her back yard, (I used her back yard so it wouldn't be obvious.) One by one, they all walked next door and made their way to her backyard. It started to get empty and Bri started to think everyone was going home. My plan was flowing smoothly. Finally everyone was out of the house and in her backyard. Hopefully hiding somewhere. "Okay, Ellie. Thank you SOO much for the party!! I'm just gonna head home and get some sleep."

"Okay, I'll walk you over there I don't want you to walk alone." I told her and she agreed. As we walked to her house, I texted Drew to tell him to make some kind of noise when he saw the lights inside come on. We got inside the house and I was about to give her a hug and "leave" until we heard scratching on her back door.

"What the fuck was that?" She asked as she backed up from the door.

"I have no fuckin clue." I said playing along. "Go check it out!"

"Hell no!" She yelled. "I'm not gonna be that dumb blonde bitch." We laughed.

"Okay, fine I'll check it." I said walking to the door. The second I opened it I made sure Bri was in front of it so she could see outside. I guess everyone saw that it was me in the doorway so they didn't do anything. I peeked out, "nothing's out here Bri."

"What do you mean nothing's out here?" She said walking to the door and outside with me.

"Hi there." TC said to her as all the lights turned on outside and everyone popped out of their hiding places. The look on her face was priceless, she looked at him and hugged him. "Happy birthday!" He said. Along with everyone else... Again. 😊

Bridget's POV

I was too surprised to say anything so I just held onto him in hopes that he'd never let go. I slowly began to tear up. I was so happy, I didn't even expect him to be here. "Thank you so much Teec!!" I couldn't control my tears. Then I saw Blake, Jayk, and Drew walk up. "You guys!!" I hugged all three.

"Happy birthday!" They said with smiling faces and holding mics.

"Thank you guys!! I'm so happy you came!" I said going back for another hug from TC.

"You surprised us, so me and Ericka had the idea that I should surprise you." He smiled at me. And butterflies were fluttering all around my stomach.

"Well, I'm glad you did." I said before I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed his lips.

I then turned to Ellie and mouthed to her a thank you, as TC pulled me out in front of the stage they had set up in my backyard. They sang the song Hand Made, which was my favorite, followed by their hit, Where the People Go, and ending with Souvenir. TC got off the stage and kissed me, and then we literally heard fireworks go off. I was shocked by them so I turned around to see all these beautiful bursts of color in the sky. The water works began to roll again. I hugged him again. Dancing to the songs that were now playing from the stereo. I looked over to see Ellie slow dancing with Drew. I wanted to let her know I was so thankful for everything she did for me. "Babe, I need to do something."

I walked up to the stage, and got the mic off the turn table. "Hey you guys.." I said trying to calm the crowd and get everyone's attention on me. "I just want to say something," I paused and waited for everyone to look at me. "I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who came, and thank my family for making it all the way down here." I smiled. "But most importantly," I paused trying to find Ellie in the crowd. "I want to thank Ellie." I tried so hard not to cry, but I could feel the tears welling up in my eyes. "Thank you so much! For every single thing that you have done for me." I paused trying to keep from having a shaken voice. "Not just today, but every single day. You always know the right things to say when I'm sad and don't want to talk to anyone, to when I'm mad and want to slap everyone." I laughed, and so did some of the crowd. "There will never be enough words that explain how thankful I am to have you." I paused as a tear fell onto my cheek. "Thank you for just being you, and always being there for me when needed, or not needed." I got off the stage and saw her tearing up, so I went to hug her for some comfort. "I love you so much sis." I muffled into my arm as it wrapped around her neck for a hug.

We parted. "I'll always be here for you Bri."

Now that I had cried all my makeup off, it was time to party again.
