After I finally fall asleep,I fall into a horrible dream. Me and Jason are in the car with mom and dad, like old times. We are driving back to our house when a eighteen-wheeler crashes into our car. The window smashes on all sides and I go flying to the left. Then it's black, I start to frantically looking around shouting"Mom,Dad,Jason? Where are you?" I try to wake up,but I'm trapped in the nightmare. Then I see my family, they are right there in front of me but I can't move my feet. I am stuck in place while my mom and dad say"Come on Aubrey, come join us. Come join the fun we having." "I'm trying, I'm trying. Just wait for me." I scream at the top of my lungs, but they keep chanting that phrase on and on. They keep moving farther and farther away, until they are a spec against the deep blue sky. Then I wake up, to a sight I wasn't expecting.

I see my grandpa, but I know he died before I was born from a tumor. "Grandpa?"I ask. "No, Aubrey it's me. It's your grandma, are you okay?"the light finally adjusts to where I see my grandma and Jason sitting by me." Sorry, I had a bad dream. I really didn't mean to wake you both up." I say knowing tears are about to role down my cheeks for the millionth time today." It's okay sweetie, I normally wake up this early anyway."she says. " Yeah , plus I couldn't sleep either. Mittens kept coming in and out of my room causing the door to squeak a lot." He says stressing the a lot part." Jason, why not you go back to bed and Aubrey why not you come with me." "Okay." Jason and I say once again in unison. So I get up out of my bed that is everywhere from the restless dream. As I stand up I'm woozy on my feet and get my balanced after a few seconds. I put on my plush pink sandals and follow my grandma to the backyard. As we walk I see a beautiful sunrise to start the morning off. The sky looks like a painter painted it on a canvas, but it looks ten times better than a painting. The oranges, pinks, purples, and blues are mixing together and making the sky look fresh and alive.
