"So how are you liking not being single anymore," my annoying best friend Maddox says, I look at him annoyed. "Shut the hell up, we aren't even together and it's not a real marriage dumbass ".
He puts his drink down and folds his hands together. "It's arranged therefore its real, Look I get that you're not really looking forward to getting married, but if you looked at Davina you would see she's not too fond of it either," he says seriously.
I roll my eyes at his comment what is up with people loving her already she literally just got here and already she's put a spell on my sister and best friend.
"What is up with you and Rina loving this girl so much," I say annoyed. He puts his hand up and says " Look I just feel sorry for her ok, I mean wouldn't you if your dad did what her dad did" he says.
"Her dad and my dad are different," I say crossing my arms. " I mean whatever you say I don't really see how they're different but-" Maddox says.
I'm about to speak when Kane, Maddox's brother bursts through the room. "Hello brother, and groom to be," he says while sitting across from us. I roll my eyes again, great another one of the Moretti brothers to lecture me about this stupid arrangement.
The only reason why I even agreed to the marriage is because my dad threatened me. He said that if I didn't get married he wouldn't give me the throne to the Sicilian mafia.
So I agreed to the dumb marriage but what I didn't expect is to have to take care of a spoiled brat. "What do you want Kane," I say, he smirks and says "Well I was pretty bored after I had just got finished with that mission that you assigned me to, the man I had to kill died like a bitch which gave me a quick laugh," he says chuckling at the memory.
"So after I decided to check in on my favorite brother and friend," he says. "We're your only friend and brother dickhead" Maddox says. Kane is about to protest that comment Maddox made but stops when the door opens.
"Sorry to interrupt sir but the girls are gone," one of my guards says. I look at him dumbfounded, Maddox and Kane also look in his direction. "What do you mean they're gone," I say standing up. "Ms. Sinclair's not in her room and neither is your sister," he says.
I go towards the door and push him out the way, I start walking towards Davina and Rina's rooms, and just like the guard said they weren't in there.
I grabbed Maddox and Kane and told them what happened they both followed me towards my range rover and we drove to where I knew they would be. _________________ Davina Sinclair
Me and Kat both were having a good time, I finally let loose like Kat said I would. But I couldn't shake that something would ruin it.
"Hey, I'm g-going t-to g-get a-another d-drink" Kat slurred over her words while walking away. After she left I started dancing again, and then for the 3rd time again tonight a hand snaked around my waist.
