Awoken, yet again. I felt a fuzzy soft hand shaking mine softly. My eyes blink open adjusting to the light. It could be Matt! I turn and see it's my mother. She had tears trickling down her cheeks. "Mum, i'm so sorry, i thought i was more, i didn't know i was this bad." She let down another sob of tears as she shook her head. "I know sweetheart Dr.Elizabeth told me, you should of talked to me, now your stuck in here. Please get better fast" what the hell, aren't doctors supposed to keep things confidential, oh well makes it easier than me telling her i suppose. "Me too... How come you're here?" She was supposed to be working in Newyork for the weekend, lucky thing! "Matt rang and as soon as i knew i was on the first flight back, where is Matt, has he gone home for some rest?"
"Mum, hmm.." As soon as i was to explain he left me the doors swung open and it was a man this time, he has a white uniform on and a badge saying: Dr. James Darwin. "Hi, i'm James, you must be Annas mum" my mum blushes bright pink honestly! Ever since my dad left her, she has been all flirty with every guy she has met, to be fair James isn't that bad looking, and he's a doctor so he'll treat her right. "Honestly call me, Sara!" She beamed. "Okay Sara," he said winking, god, "right Anna we have come up with a health plan for you, we are going to move you to your local health clinic, you'll have to stay there for a couple of weeks before we know that you have improved and you're strong enough to do it yourself, once you come out, you'll have to visit so many times a week for check ups and chats, if you drop weight one week you may have to go back into the clinic until you improve mass again. So it's all up to you, Anna" he smiled brightly, mum looked a bit teary but she held it in. "Here's a leaflet for you Sara, it's just telling you how much weight she needs to put on and it's got diet plan she'll need to follow for when she comes out"
"Thanks James" she mumbles under her gobsmacked face, i have never seen her like this, not even when dad left. " i will get better mum, i promise"
The new clinic smells like hand sanitiser and clean nappies. "Hey Anna, i'm Sophie" this quite tall woman placed out her long fingers for my shake. "Okay Anna, you've been here a week, no problems major reported, hmm... So where ready if you want to stand on the scales." I rolled my eyes each time she flicked over a paper of my report, its like i'm an animal. I still haven't heard from Matt. Honestly. Its my fault i pushed him away, i deserve it. My sweaty palms of my feet lift onto the metal. "Well done Anna! 4lbs added! Your getting close to 17 now on your bmi! You'll be able to leave soon honey!" I just nodded to shocked to say anything. 4lbs! Oh no! I'm going to be fat again! But i want to leave i've got to. I need to see Matt.
