Blake glanced at his friend who looked even more annoyed than usual. He blinked a few times as he stared at his friend who had a scowl ever since he came to school.

What sort of dilemma is this guy's facing? Blake asked himself as he watched his friend with both concern and fear laced on his face. This bastard is having a bad day alright. Why didn't the news announced today would be extremely stormy?!

Maybe I did something wrong? What the heck did I do though?! The poor boy couldn't help but wonder whether or not was he the cause of his best friends extra gloomy face.

He tried his best recalling the previous events on where he could have possible cause this problem.

Could it be because I said something offending? No. He wouldn't be this gloomy if it was just that. Was it because I ran off first and left him to deal with the crowd of girls? No, he would have punched me as soon as he got away from them and he already did that.

Blake felt like he was frying his braincells thinking about why his friend was acting like this. What the heck did I do?! Wait, no let's calm down. Oliver isn't the type to hold grudges.

Bang!

Blake jumped due to the loud sound that just came near him. When he glanced at who caused it, he saw his friend holding a lilac envelope?

Blake blinked a few times looking at the scene in front of him. A sudden realization hit him. It was like a Eureka moment.

Flashback

"Tsk."

Blake glanced at his side only to see his friend with a scowl on his face as he looked inside his locker. He raised his brow seeing Oliver's expression.

"Something wrong? Did your locker got filled with letters again?" He asked his friend who was rummaging his locker and going through several envelopes.

Oliver didn't answer his question and instead proceeded to toss every single one of the white colored envelopes in the nearby trash bin.

This would have been normal except for the fact that Blake noticed his friend seemed to be looking for something. Did he forget something or did he get a weird gift again?

Blake shivered at the reminder of when his friend received a very creepy scrapbook filled with pictures of Oliver in multiple angles with several poems written along it.

"It's not here." Blake heard his friend's mumble and was curious on what exactly was not there. "Dude, if you forgot something, say it. Your killing me with the suspense." Blake said only to receive a glare from the other male.

"Wait...are you looking for another lilac envelope?" Blake asked his friend with a teasing tone which earned him a glare.

Seeing this, Blake choose to shut up as he didn't want to anger his friend.

End of flashback

While Blake was busy stuck in his own world. Oliver inspected the lilac envelope and saw the familiar hand writing with his name on it.

He walked out the locker area and made it to a nearby bench under an oak tree, leaving the still in a dazed Blake.

Oliver carefully opened the envelope and took out the neatly folded piece of paper. Just when he was about to read it, an annoying bug suddenly came making his eye twitch.

"Oliver!"

Hearing his name being called, Oliver quickly hid the envelope and folded paper in his bag before glaring at the female that was approaching him.

"What?" Oliver asked in an annoyed tone. The girl flinched at the cold tone but none the less tried talking to the scowling male.

"I was just wondering if you wanted to-"

"No."

Oliver sharply said before standing up from his seat and leaving the shocked girl standing there. Blake jogged towards his friend and gave a quick apology to the girl before walking out the campus grounds.

"Mean as always. You definitely deserve your title as the ice prince." Blake jokingly said which did not earn a laugh from his friend.

Once Oliver arrived home he went straight to his bedroom and grabbed the letter that was slightly crumpled due to him shoving it earlier.

He stared at it for a while, trying to smooth out the crumpled corners before unfolding the letter.

Dear Oliver,

Hello, I hope you're having a great day today. This is my second letter written for you. I'm still not sure whether or not your reading this or the previous one but still I'm writing cause why not?

It was a bit difficult to put this letter on your locker today because I was running late for class and some of your admirers were near the lockers. I have no plans on getting caught and becoming some sort of target for them so yeah.

Oliver unknowingly let out a chuckle.

I mentioned in my previous letter one of the reasons why I like you and I guess you could consider this a continuation of it.

Two years of crushing on you was a big deal according to my best friend. Mostly because, I don't do crushes often. I guess it's because I just don't find any of our classmates my type. You weren't one but I guess you are now.

What kind of love letter is this? Your dissing me while confessing? Oliver thought finding the sender weird.

Anyway, is everything okay? I've noticed in class that you seem to be blanking out every so often, while I was looking at you from a far. Ew, that sounded wrong, my bad. I swear I'm not stalking you, it's just hard to not stare at you when you're in one of my point of views.

Hmm? So, were classmates? Oliver asked no one in particular.

Yes, were in the same class. I did mention in my previous letter that we were classmates, we have been for two years now actually. Although, I doubt you remember me.

Back to the question, I've noticed you've been spacing out a lot. Is something bothering you perhaps? You're not sick right? If you are, please eat well and drink medicine.

Oliver paused reading the letter. Was he blanking out that much? He tried recalling the said events and realized he might have been in a daze since he can't seem to recall anything.

If it's not a disease, and a different problem, I hope you can sort it out soon. I'd love to help, if I could but I don't know if you'd want me in your personal life so all I can do is mentally cheer for you.

You know, one of the things I admire about you is how you somehow don't let your problems or anything mess your performances up. I mean, even though you seem down sometimes, you still give everything a hundred percent.

I really admire that about you. I'm not like that, I'm a mess of a person. If I were in any sort of problem, I'd definitely be bothered by it a lot.

Whatever problem you face in life, I hope you get pass it soon. Fighting! I know you're a strong-willed person, at least that what I see. Hopefully you don't let that pressure you, just cause your strong doesn't mean you won't feel any sort of pain.

Your human, it's normal to feel pain. It's evidence that were alive.

Anyway, I remember that you 're going to be competing in a practice match between one of our school's rival tomorrow. I know you're going to give it your best, just don't strain yourself too much.

I'll cheer on you during the match, although you probably won't see me there. Anyway, this letter will be cut short here cause my hand is sore and we still have classes tomorrow and that short quiz in math.

Goodluck on tomorrow's quiz and practice match.

Sincerely yours, V.

Once Oliver finished reading the letter he folded it neatly and placed it inside his drawer under his study table along with the other lilac envelope.
