Ginny
The traitor was Annabeth's sister.
I saw the girl, Lena. She looked just like Annabeth. Same beautiful blond curls pulled back in a ribbon, startling gray eyes, and they both always had a book with them.
I slept uneasily that night. I checked the clock every once in a while. At four in the morning, I was completely annoyed and exhausted. I couldn't get to sleep, so I boarded the ship. I snuck down the hall and knocked on Annabeth's room. She croaked, "Come in!"
Honestly, I hadn't expected her to answer. I opened the door and slipped in, closing it behind me. She held the drachma in her hand. My eyes widened. "Did you-,"
She nodded. "Since I can't find the box and the key, I wanted to see if it would show me anything else." She breathed in sharply. "It did."
I sat next to her on the bed. "What?"
"First I saw a door," she explained. "I've seen it here in the school. And Cerberus, the three-headed dog from the Underworld, only he wasn't exactly the same. And a giant chess board. A weird room with a mirror-Harry was there, but he looked much younger-and a trap door."
My breath caught in my throat. Annabeth seemed to notice. "You know where that is, don't you?"
"I think so," I said. "But you'll have to ask Harry and Ron and Hermione about it. They've been down there before. In their first year. And that wasn't Cerberus you saw. It was Fluffy. He's Hagrid's."
"The Sorcerer's Stone, right?" she realized. I nodded. "Oh, goodie."
We silently woke the others. They all groggily made it into the mess hall. Hedge, too, though he kept mumbling something about gods being dramatic and hitting things and dying. Nothing new. He stayed for about five minutes before leaving.
Jason poured himself an expresso shot, but he ended up pouring it on the table instead of in the cup. Piper assisted him and fell asleep doing so.
Percy and Leo fell asleep with their faces in their syrupy waffles. Ron was falling over onto Hermione. She made a sound and pushed him off.
"EVERYBODY WAKE UP!" Annabeth yelled. "THIS IS IMPORTANT!"
Everyone snapped up. Annabeth turned to Harry, Ron, and Hermione. "The Philosopher's Stone," she said. "It involved a three-headed dog, a chess board, and a room with a mirror?"
"Yes," Hermione said. "Why?"
Annabeth breathed in sharply. "I saw it," she said. "in my drachma. I think...I think that's where the Athena Parthenos is hidden."
Harry made a sound in his throat. "That's impossible," he told her. "There was hardly enough room down there for a forty-foot statue."
"I saw a trap door in the room with the mirror," Annabeth argued. "It's probably down there."
"So why," Frank yawned, "why did you call a meeting then? If you already know about it all?"
Hazel scowled at her boyfriend. He shrugged sheepishly. Nico said, "Annabeth, what did you see exactly?" She told us. "Okay. That has to mean something right?" He looked around at us.
"What are you...what are you talking about?" Leo asked. He was lying with his head in the table. His voice was muffled by wood.
Hermione seemed to know. "That's brilliant!" she decided. "If the vision showed you those things specifically, it's probably hinting something."
Annabeth's eyes widened. "I see what you're getting at," she said. "Okay. First I saw the door that leads into the room with Cer-Fluffy. That's just telling us where to start."
