Chapter 4

Tenma's POV

I told Shinsuke I couldn't go with him since I was going with Y/n and he seemed to be okay with it. I was in class right now and all I could think about is learning a new hissatsu technique.

"Tenma?" Aoi whispered. I looked over at her and she had a note in her hand. I took it and read it.

You've been daydreaming a lot more than before... have you thought of a new Hissatsu technique?

I got out a pen and wrote down on it before handing her the paper back. She read it and smiled before focusing on the lesson. I wonder how she knew what I was thinking about.

I could see Hikaru and Y/n talking to each other. I keep forgetting my goal is to try and make her fall in love with me and then break her heart. This is going to be tough, I've never felt like hurting someone that way. It's all because of a stupid dare! I wish I never got myself into all of this.

I tried to forget about this whole thing but it kept popping up in my head at random times. Stupid Kariya, why did you have to give me this dare?

"Matsukaze, would you like to answer the question on the board?"

I shook my head, but the teacher still made me answer it.

"Uh.. it's.." I looked around and I saw Shinsuke holding up two fingers. That's it! The answer is number two!

"Uh is it number 2?" I said.

"Correct. Class is over now so pack up and have a nice day!" The bell had rung and we all left the class. School was over.

I felt someone tap my shoulder and it was Y/n,

"Need something?" She nodded her head.

"Can I go to the place with you? Since I don't really know where we're going to go." She asked.

"Sure! Let's stop off at my house so I can get changed. Unless you want to hang out there instead?" Y/n thought for a little bit before agreeing to do so.

"So what should we do at your house?" Y/n asked.

"Well we can eat there first because Aki-nee makes the best food! Then maybe we could head out to the place I practice dribbling. Maybe you could help me!" Y/n nodded and we continued to my house.

I opened the door and I saw my dog , Sasuke, sleeping on the sofa.

"I've never been to your house before.." I heard Y/n mumble as she looked around.

"Welcome back, Tenma." Aki-nee came out of the kitchen with a spoon in her hand.

"Is this a friend of yours?" She asked. I nodded,

"H-hello!" Y/n greeted and she began to shake a little, as if she was nervous to meet Aki-nee.

"Welcome, Y/n." Aki-nee smiled at her.

"How do you know my name?" Y/n was shocked. Aki-nee smirked.

"Oh, that's because Tenma told me about yo-"

"Anyways!" I cut off Aki-nee. "Me and Y/n are going to go out to my usual practice spot!"

"Would you like to eat first? I've made food already!" Me and Y/n both nodded and we sat down at the table.

"Thank you for the food!" We all said and began to eat.

"So, Y/n, what's it like being a manager?" Aki-nee asked.

"Well, it's going good so far, I'm glad I can help out the team as much as I can. I've almost made many friends, like Hikaru!" Y/n smiled and took a sip of her water.
