Dark Changes// Creepypasta

Chapter 10

The first set of chapters are out! I really hope you are enjoying it so far. I plan on updating this book every couple of days with a couple of chapters, I'm not sure how many but I will try to make at least 3 every time. I will let you know if this changes. Now onto chapter 10.

The door swung open when we got closer, now that was fucking creepy. Toby turned and grabbed my arm rather roughly before we entered, this confused me but I didn't question it that much as I had sensed on the way here he had some bad mood swings. He harshly pulled me into a room on our left and Ej followed behind us. Once in the room I looked around taking in my surroundings, my eyes widened when I saw 3 other people in there tied up clearly scared about what was going on. There was another seat next to them and Toby pulled me over to it and sat me down and whispered into my ear, "Sorry about this." It took a moment but suddenly a brunt force was felt on the back of my head and then it all went black.

I woke up some time later tied up like the others, that fucker knocked me out! Fuck I knew I shouldn't have trusted them.

When my eyes finally decided to focus I looked in front of me and saw Toby, Ej and two other masked people, One had a yellow hoodie, blue trousers and a black mask with a red frowny face on it while the other was wearing a tan jacket with some black trousers with a white feminine mask on. 

I glared daggers into Toby and he seemed to twitch uncomfortably under my hard gaze, the yellowed hooded man spoke up taking a step forward, "As some of you may know you have all been chosen by our master as you all have a special ability that would make you all a great asset to our team." He paused for a moment looking over all of us, he had a really strange sounding voice he sounded electronic if I was going to describe it. "Unluckily for you guys we can only add two of you to our team one as a proxy of our master and the other as a fellow creepy pasta's proxy which will be decided after the trials. As for the two of you that don't pass... well you will be taken care of." He paused for dramatic affected which caused me to roll my eyes, I could tell I really wasn't going to like this guy he gave me theatre kid vibes.

"Your trials will start tomorrow and you will be paired with a creepy pasta who will act as a mentor to you and keep you safe from the others for now." A chill flew down my spine, there are others? I remembered from my childhood reading some creepy pasta's but from my knowledge I only knew of one or two I didn't even know the people in front of me were creepy pasta's until not long ago. 

I really wished I was able to do that research now.

I looked over to my right at the 3 people tied up with me, some looked terrified and were slightly beat up with bruises and cuts all on them, some seemed calm and unharmed. I was confused by this as I came here unharmed and I dreaded to think who had to bring them in guess I was quite lucky that I was with Toby and Ej.

The hooded boy stepped back and the feminine masked person stepped forward with a piece of paper in his hands, "I will now tell you who will be taking you under their wing on you stay." His voice was very authoritative and commanding, definitely would not want to mess with him. "Cody?" he said and the boy sat next to me shook his head indicating that was him, "You will be with Ej over here." He pointed at Ej who stood behind him to the left, Ej went and stood behind him with a grumble coming out of his mouth. "Sarah?" A girl hummed indicating that it was her, "You will have Hoodie as your mentor." Hoodie who was the frowny face masked boy walked over silently standing behind the girl who looked terrified. 

I inwardly groaned, I swear if I get Toby i'm gonna off myself but then again I don't really want this person in front of me he was really fucking scary. I wish I had Ej to be honest he didn't knock me out.

"Jess?" I let out a little 'yep' in response to my name being called, "You will have me as your mentor, I'm Masky by the way." He walked and stood behind me. Fuck I thought to myself. Toby looked pissed as he stared daggers into Masky's back, "I thought I was going to have her." Toby said as he twitched his neck cracking. Masky didn't respond to his comment and simply stated, "Daniel you will have Toby as your mentor." Toby let out a huff before saying something under his breath I couldn't hear then slowly walked over to stand behind the boy Daniel. "We will take you to your rooms where you will be locked in until tomorrow, your mentor will go over some information for you then leave you to get your sleep." Masky said finally before untying me and grabbing my arm roughly along with my bag that was at my feet and dragging me rather harshly out of the room.

After going up two flights of stairs we reached a corridor with rooms on either side that reminded me slightly of my university accommodation only difference was it didn't look like a psych ward as it was all just a boring plain brown wood colour. The doors all had names on them instead of numbers as well and after a couple of doors we reached one that said my name on it. I looked at the doors either side and saw the names Ben and Toby, hmm guess Toby is my next door neighbour. Masky rummaged through one of his pockets and grabbed a key and while still holding me unlocked my door before pushing me in with a force that made me fall on the floor. 

Prick.

"Fuck." came out of my mouth on impact with the ground, I got up and looked around the room. It was rather simple a double bed in the middle of the room a window just behind it, a chest of drawers, on one side was another door which I assumed was to the bathroom and a red carpet.

Masky, walked past me and put my bag on the chest of drawers and turned to me and motioned his hand to the bed motioning me to sit and I complied. He then did something I really didn't expect, he took his mask off. Now I could get a better look at him I saw that he was probably in his early 20's, black grown out hair, stubble along his jaw and brown eyes. He looked normal which confused me. I was taken out of my thoughts and weird staring by him speaking up, "Okay so tomorrow you will be taking part it a medical exam in the morning with Ej at 7:30 to check if there is anything that you need before getting ready and then waiting for me to get you at 8:15 ready for your first trial." I slowly nodded, "What is the task?" I said, "I can't tell you that, we don't even know what they are yet, the master decides." He said as if it would be obvious, I just shrugged. "Ej also informs me that you brought weapons with you, I will need to take them off of you for now due to safety concerns." a pout made its way onto my face I didn't want to part with it, what if I needed it. 

Reluctantly I got up and walked to my bag getting out my lighter and butterfly knife and gave them to him, he nodded. "We also have some extra clothes and some other things here for you curtesy of clockwork and Jane, they were thrilled to find out we brought in two girls." He said slightly scratching the back of his head. I hummed "Wait there are girls here?" He nodded his head not wanting to talk about it for some reason so I just let it go. "Oh and one last thing Ben will be coming in soon to deal with your phone, we can't have you calling people or it being tracked so he will make some changes to it." Masky added. "Okay." I simply responded I was slightly annoyed that someone would be messing with my phone and I wouldn't be able to call or text people but what did I expect really. 

With that being said Masky nodded putting his mask back on and walking out of my room leaving me alone just sat there wondering what on earth I had gotten myself into.
