Chapter 21

I woke up quite early the next day at about 7:30 and surprisingly I felt really good even though I had barely had any sleep. Luckily as Masky said yesterday we were gonna have our task around 11 so I had quite a bit of time to just chill and relax, firstly I needed to shower though. I took my covers off of me and made my way over to my bathroom, when I walked in I almost shat myself when I saw myself in the mirror. Wow. I look... Fucking hot. Yes I looked scary as fuck but still hot, I smiled and saw my sharp teeth. Oh hell yeah! I felt like something out of a comic book. I stripped and got into the shower and of course almost jumped straight back out because of the coldness, how did I forget that! I gradually moved back under, shivering slightly the further I got in. After a couple of seconds my body adjusted to the temperature and I started to go about my usual shower routine, shampoo, conditioner, body wash then jumped out the shower covering myself with a towel.

I walked out the room and saw my door open in the corner of my eye and I whipped my head to the side only to see a stunned Hoodie standing there staring at me, he didn't have his mask on so I could see his eyes looking me up and down. I jumped back behind the door, "God do you guys ever fucking knock! I could have been naked." He laughed slightly mumbling something to himself which I couldn't hear before speaking up, "Ej wants to see you, so when your ready head to his room." With that he turned and left closing the door behind him. I let out a frustrated sound, 'boys' I thought to myself rolling my eyes slightly. I stepped back out into my room and walked over to my drawers and searched for something to wear. I ended up settling for some black jeans, white crop top, all I needed now was a jumper or hoodie to put on. I looked for a while not really knowing what to pick, I decided to look through my bag which I still haven't unpacked yet. I saw Caleb's hoodie and stared at it for a second a frown crossing my face, god I missed him so much. I picked it up and pulled it close to my face, it smelled like him too. Tears threatened to brim my eyes but I refused to let them, I think i'll wear this today. I pulled it over my head and hugged myself wishing it was him hugging me, he always gave the best hugs. I breathed in his smell once more before sighing and leaving my room heading out my room and walking down to Ej's room my hair still damp as I can't be bothered to dry it right now.

I knocked on the door hearing a 'come in' and then entered the room, see Masky and Hoodie!! It's not that hard. I walked in and saw Ej sitting on his bed, he patted the space in front of him motioning for me to sit, he seemed to have a lot of what looked art stuff around him and I furrowed my eyes a bit confused. I walked over to him and sat and looked at the stuff surrounding him. "Sooo, I thought it would be cool if maybe we had like kinda matching masks!" He said excitedly, I have never seen him like this it was quite funny really. I giggled, "Yeah sure!" He nodded his head like an excited little kid then took off his mask and put it down so we had a reference then began making the mask.

It didn't take to long to make really about 30 minutes, we were at the moment just letting it dry and we were wondering what colour we should make it, "How about pink?" He said and I scrunched up my face, "Absolutely not, I hate the colour pink." He laughed before going back to his thinking face. My eyes lit up, "Ouu what about like a dark purple?" He lifted his head a smile crossing his lips, "Oh my god, yes! It will match your hair as well." I nodded aggressively agreeing, my turn to look like a child I thought.

20 minutes later it was dry, so we painted it and added the strap to it and it was finally finished. I looked at it smiling, it was perfect. We had to wait a couple of minutes until I could put it on as the paint needed to dry, during this time we just talked about everything and anything. It was really nice. The door behind me opened causing both me and Ej to turn and look at the door, it was Masky. "There you are i've been looking for you for ages!" I gave him a shy smile, "Sorry." He walked into the room and saw my mask and his face lit up from under his mask, "Holy shit, is this yours? It's so good!" I nodded back, "Yeah it's so cool right! It was Ej's idea." I said pointing at him, he just laughed. "Anyway's I was gonna say we are all going to have some breakfast and if you guys wanted to come and join." My face faltered slightly in remembrance that I had to eat organs, I really didn't want to but apparently I had too otherwise I would starve as normal food would just end up getting thrown back up as our stomachs reject it. Ej nodded saying 'yes' before getting up and grabbing my hand pulling me off the bed and out of his room, I almost tripped at the speed we were going, "Jeez slow down man!" I yelp him not slowing down one bit. I turned to see Masky shaking his head laughing slightly at the sight of the siblings.

Everyone was sat down already eating so me and Ej made our way towards the kitchen, him finally letting go of my head when we entered. "Okay, so I don't know what you will prefer because it just depends on the person so I have quite a few options." He said as he walked over to the fridge pulling out many different organs, I gulped slightly at the sight but my mouth involuntarily drawled. He noticed my hesitation and walked over to me putting a reassuring hand on my shoulder, "I know what your feeling right now, trust me I do, but please just give them a try it's really not that bad." He tried to reassure but it wasn't really working but I still forced myself to walk forward to plates that stood in front of me. "I usually go for the kidney as to me it tastes the best so we can try that first okay?" I slowly nodded my head and looked at the plate. I felt like two sides were arguing with me, one wanting to eat it the other disgusted at the sight and not wanting to eat it. I reluctantly picked it up and inspected it before putting it in my mouth and biting a small piece off. I closed my eyes expecting it to taste horrific but to my surprise it tasted good, like really good. I opened my eyes and looked at Ej with wide eyes, "Wow, this tastes really good." A smirk made its way on to his face, "I told you so." I just smiled shaking my head slightly at the remark. "How about we try the Liver next?" He said and I put the kidney down and moved to the next plate and picked it up biting into it. It tasted different to the kidney and had a weird after taste causing me to look at it disappointed, "Eh, it's not bad but not great either." I said putting it back down on the plate. "Yeah it's not my favourite either, the last thing is the heart." I looked at the last plate in front of my and tilted my head. It was definitely a human heart and I bite my lip slightly forgetting my sharp teeth causing it to hurt a lot more than it should have then picked up the organ. I reluctantly brought it up to my mouth and took a bit.

Holy shit.

That's fucking amazing.

It was sweet.

The texture was godly.

I couldn't help but take another bite causing Ej besides me to smirk, "Guess that's your favourite then." He let out a small laugh, I nodded taking another bite.
