May 5th, 2015:

We had made it to SBS's The Show and I was changing in my cubicle. This was a performance I enjoyed more than the past ones. The dance was less intense, and it fit more my vibe.

I had changed into my outfit for the performance. I was in a black skirt, a white satin top with colourful lines covering it every which way, and light pink fabric laced up shoes. My hair was stylised in two low pigtails that sat on my shoulders and flowed down my front. Finally, I had light makeup on my face with the most obvious being white eyeshadow surrounding my eyeliner. To say our image had changed was an understatement.

"Y/N, you ready?" I hear Hoseok ask.

"Yup," I say, coming out from behind the divider.

I sit in the hair and makeup chair letting the stylist do her thing as I listened to Hoseok run down all the dos and don'ts of today's performance. The scar on my thigh is also covered with makeup. I had admitted to the company and my family, but we didn't think it was good for fans to see given their knowledge of my not-so-great mental health.

"Y/N, make sure to make your hand gestures at the beginning noticeable," Hoseok instructs, "I know they're meant to be small and gentle, but we also need to see them, okay?"

"Got it," I answer, taking in his instructions.

We're collected by a The Show staff and brought to the side of the stage.

"BTS, 1-minute standby," a producer says looking at us.

We do our chant and do some last-minute stretches before going on stage.

-------------------------------------------------------------

We performed well and I sit down on the couch in our dressing room sweating. Even if this dance was easier than some of our previous ones, didn't make it not taxing at all.

"That was good guys," Hoseok says pleased, "can I see the video?"

Yoona hands him a camera with which she filmed our performance. We all crowd around to watch. After reviewing the video and after we had managed to get most of the sweat off ourselves we had time to kill as we waited for all the performers of the day to perform.

"Y/N!" I hear someone shout from the hallway.

I stand up and go see who was yelling my name. I smile when I see an excited Jeonghwa a few feet from the dressing room. Upon seeing me, she rushes and engulfs me in a hug.

"I've missed you girl!" she says, still hugging.

"I've missed you too," I smile.

"You better have," she jokes letting go of the hug, "ok... is it just me or do you keep getting prettier. Like what the hell?"

I laugh, if anyone could immediately make me smile and laugh, it was her.
