October 11th, 2015:

We were in Busan for the Asia Song Festival. Jimin and Jungkook's parents had come to see us for a bit in the morning and had just watched our rehearsal.

"Aren't you tired Y/N?" Jungkook's mother questions worriedly as we walked back to our tent.

"It's okay," I smile reassuringly, "I've gotten used to it by now".

"Honestly, you should be more worried about Jungkook," Seokjin chuckles, "he's the one that has to reign it in".

"He's always been like that," Jungkook's dad sighs, "always pushing it".

We get to our tent, and I see Jongin waiting by the entrance.

"Jongin-hyung," Jimin says excitedly, bro-hugging him.

"Hey Jimin-ah, good rehearsal?" Jongin asks.

"Yeah, it's a bigger stage than we expected. What about you?" Jimin responds.

"It is surprisingly big," Jongin agrees, "our rehearsal was nothing special, which is what you want I guess".

"For sure, for sure," Jimin nods, "what brought you here?".

"I actually wanted to talk to Y/N," Jongin says sheepishly, giving Jimin a knowing look.

"Oh," Jimin goes serious and turns to look at me talking to Jungkook's mom, "right. Well, don't ruin her mood too much, she's finally become happy again lately".

I had only heard every few words of their conversation as I didn't want to seem rude to Jungkook's mom that was talking to me about Gureum's, their dogs', antics. Jongin then comes up to me, bowing to Jungkook's mom.

"Hi Y/N," he smiles warily, "can I talk to you?"

"Oh, I'll leave you two," Jungkook's mom says hurriedly, getting the message, "it's been nice catching up Y/N".

"Yes, thank you," I bow to her as she went into the tent.

"What's up?" I turn my attention to Jongin.

"I... uh... How have you been?" He asks a little abruptly.

"Uh... Good?" I answer laughing awkwardly, "you're being weird, what's going on?"

He looks around and brushes his hand threw his hair a few times. I could tell he was stressed and I was getting a little weirded out and worried.

"You know you can tell me anything right?" I say, squeezing his arm reassuringly.

He shrugs my arm off and looks around furtively as if worried that people had seen.

"I do have something to tell you..." he says, "it's that... well I've been meaning to tell you..."
