Lyndsay arrives home to find Kylie finishing some laundry. They talk, and go on about their normal routines. Kylie informs her that the doctor called and his appointments have been moved up. Tomorrow a consultation for plastic surgery, then to get on hormones, and schedule her vasectomy.
As morning rises Kylie, gets up and puts on a simple outfit, meets Lyndsay in the kitchen for coffee and leaves. She arrives at the plastic surgeons office first, fills out the paperwork and meets with Angie. Angie is a middle aged godess, she expresses to Kylie the process and lets him try on diffent size implants. Kylie starts with a b cup and immediately takes it off, I want huge she claims. Angie hands her a dd cup size. Kylie puts it on, looks in the mirror and adjusts, poses, and asks for bigger size. Angie advises her that her skin will take a lot of stretching and its not recommended to go much bigger. Kylie insists on an E cup. Angie gives in, hands her an E cup, she poses, and smiles. "Maybe back to the double d cup" she says handing Angie back the implants. Kylie puts the double ds back on, walks around, slide her tank top over it, poses, and decides, these are what she wants. Angie and Kylie agree on the process and pick a date, "if an appointment cancels, I will call you," Angie says shaking Kylie's hand. Next she goes to her doctor, proceeds to ask for hormones and a vasectomy. Her doctor goes through the whole speech of side effects and what to expect. Gives her a shot of estrogen in the office, and calls in the prescription. Kylie leaves exited and nervous. She call Lyndsay and tells her everything, she can hear Lyndsay's excitement. Kylie heads home, to find Lyndsay on the couch eating chocolate. Lyndsay looks at him," you know what this means." Pointing to the chocolate. Kylie knows that Lyndsay has started her period and its going to be a ruff week.
Suddenly Kylie's phone rings, its the doctor. He tells her that he talked with the plastic surgeon and they plan to do both the implants and the vasectomy at the same time. Kylie screeches with excitement. She asks Lyndsay to take the day off as she wont be able to drive home due to the medication. Lyndsay agrees, calls Jim and lets him know. Kylie filled with excitement, goes and takes a bubble bath. As she lays there, she ponders about her new breasts and begins rubbing her flat chest, wishing they were there. She knows its going to be done Friday, but the thoughts of a figure runs through her mind. She finishes her bath and gets ready for bed. Nothing happens the next few days but the normal. Cleaning, and organizing, making sure everything is ready. Friday morning comes, Lyndsay and Kylie head to the hospital, walk in, review the paperwork and sign. Nurse tells them a few moments and Kylie can come back, get in a gown and be prepped for surgery. Lyndsay hands Kylie a key, " here sweetie, you can remove it yourself, and wont have to wear it anymore" Lyndsay claims. Kylie quickly runs to the bathroom, removes the cage and comes back out. When he walks out Lyndsay is talking to the doctors, Kylie waits till she is finished, and ask if everything is okay.
"Yes! Just getting the news on what will happen after, recovery and all." Lyndsay says smiling. Kylie's name is called, she goes back, undresses, puts everything in a bag, and puts on the hospital gown. A nurse enters, and starts an iv.
She is moved into surgery, and is given an injection to fall asleep. Her eyes begin to get heavy, and she smiles, not knowing the real reason Lyndsay was talking to her doctor.
Lyndsay falls asleep to the sound of her heart monitor.
