Third person POV

Returning to the current situation when the Oprichniki captain tried to warn Kuro about the ambush of the Goblins targeting on him.

"Careful, Your Majesty!" The captain Oprichniki warning him in panic.

"Huh?" Kuro said.

But then those two goblins were about to shoot at Kuro when an arrow hit one of them in the head and knocked one of them down.

But the remaining Goblin shot an arrow at Kuro before being attacked by the sword-wielding Samurai and beheaded.

When Kuro's sense of imminent danger appeared to him, he quickly dodged when use his own senses.

"Damn that was close almost got hit" Kuro thought about that.

If Kuro didn't react in time soon then may be his life and journey would probably will end here.

But Kuro only had a few minutes to think before another goblin charged at him.

But Kuro managed to dodge it thanks to his improved reflexes and then he slashed across the goblin with his sword.

The sword slashed through quite a bit like butter and the goblins' head flew out and blood splattered also it also stains his face and armor with blood.

The Goblins began to dwindle and they were scary and some is ran away as soon as they knew they were not up to this force.

After the battle ended with a clear victory that was completely in favor of Kuro and his guard.

Thanks to obvious advantages such as weapons, the elite of Samurai, Oprichniki in combat and discipline.

Even the Goblins have outnumbered Kuro's current force.

"Your Majesty, are you okay? The Oprichniki captain hurried forward.

Kuro looked at him with a neutral expression and didn't show any of his emotions.

"Well I'm fine hope you don't worry too much but I still fine" Kuro said calmly while look at Oprichniki captain.

Although Kuro's mind was completely chaotic with different thoughts.

But then a familiar system screen appeared that caught Kuro's attention

Complete mission

Counterattack against the Goblins ambush:

-1000 Credit, 100 Exp

Kuro was surprised to see a Mission completed that he don't know that he have that in system.

But he quickly thought and figured that this was probably a hidden mission that he have finished it right here.

"I didn't expected that happen to me but thanks I guess?" Kuro thought.

Even though it was a small reward, it proved that hidden quests were real in Kuro's system.

The Goblins ambush was completely unexpected and it caused Kuro and his security team to be interrupted for a while, but the trip still continued.

And there were no casualties on Kuro's security team and only a few people were slightly injured.

But it was also because of that unexpected situation that Kuro's security team was expanded.
