Part 14: The New War Arc.

Demius kingdom is a medieval country with a king at the top and many of nobles on below.

Regarding their history, we don't have much outstanding information about this country. 

What we know is This land was the ancestral land of the demi-humans before it was invaded by the powerful Arliavis empire from the south. 

And was placed under the holy Arliavis rule, under Arliavis people.

But the demi-humans are still the most numerous in Demius Kingdom even after many year.

To the sweeping and brutal suppression by the old Arliavis empire, their cultural identity was completely destroyed. 

When this a nation founded after the Holy Arliavis Empire fall and split to many different countries after many years of existence. 

But even so, that nation is still stuck in that fate to become slaves to their owner.

And this time Kuro's biggest goal (System request) is to to free the slaves on Demius... (Take some land and thier money)

By doing so, Kuro could would be able to use the abundant manpower from the liberated slaves.

And completing the goddamn mission that the system give to him.

Then develop that land quickly as well as use it as a springboard to attack other areas of Demius kingdom. 

But Kuro also knew that it wasn't easy, so he made a plan to capture it quickly, defend that land and develop it. 

And he can completely rely on the abundant reserves of current Kyoto available.

Now meanwhile that a large number of troops are marching go through on a medieval city.

The people looked at them with surprised and curious and they realized this was Lavis's force. 

"Is that Lord Lavis's forces?" A surprised civilian said.

"It seems so but why is he sending the army, isn't he afraid the other nobles will be suspicious?" One civilian said.

It was perfectly normal to dispatch troops in territories controlled by nobles when they needed army to deal with rebellions, bandits and monsters. 

It can save the national budget more money, but it is also a fatal weakness for any medieval country.

When the nobles gained a lot of power from the army they have then they are able to overthrow the king and royal family when the nation is was weakened. 

"Damn he are crazy now!" Another civilian said. 

"I know" Another Civilians said while he looking to outside Windows.

That were the army march.

It seems like the Slave rebel, the ambushes, coupled with Klarsa's disappearance make him mobilize his army. 

To eradicate the runaway slaves once and for all.

The army that Lavis mobilized had both peasants and soldiers inside. 

Many of they is their clothes seemed to be like those of medieval peasants along with only a few people armed with armor.

Along with that is that ahead of them are soldiers who are fully equipped with armor and weapons, so we can guess that this is their main force.
