"Control your breath more" Takemichi crouched down before Mikey, Baji, and Draken who were currently doing a plank.

"E-easier sa-said than d-done" Mikey gritted out his words. His face was red from doing the plank. The other two were no different from him.

The other members were standing aside, watching them while drinking the water Takemichi gave them. They had already done their turn. Just like their commander, they failed at getting to where Takemichi wanted.

It was hard. Didn't mean you had strong muscle, you could do it. For example, their commander and vice-commander. The strongest in the gang.

Plank was in fact not the only thing they did.

- 6 minutes of quadrupedal movements, such as bearcrawling.
-6 minutes of jumping jacks and high knees running. Each for three minutes.
-12 strict pull-ups.

- Squats
- Bench Press.

- Walking Lunges.

Those were some of them and it really did a number on them because they need to repeat them until Takemichi was satisfied. Moreover, if they failed to control their breathing, Takemichi would tell them to repeat from the start. The girls were also going through the same things but a little more light than the boys.

Most of the exercises involved the legs, hence they couldn't really feel their legs after all of that but Takemichi said those were not even reaching the quarter amount of his supposed exercise. Takemichi really said those exercise could increase their strength and agility with his innocent face.

For now, they could say, doing the plank, was the hardest exercise they did today. They realized that they really couldn't stay still for long.

From this day, they decided. They decided that Takemichi was a devil. A cute devil.

...

Takemichi sighed when he saw their bodies were shaking in pain. Deciding to take pity on them, he said, "Rest"

Wincing, Takemichi sweatdropped when they flung themselves to the floor, breathing heavily. "T-that was hard. I-I've never done a plank before" Draken said, nodding gratefully when Takemichi passed him a bottle of water.

Shrugging nonchalantly, Takemichi sat beside a panting Baji after giving him his water. "Doing plank, your body will build up endurance. Endurance is important for increasing physical stamina and strengthening and toning your muscles. Maintaining your breathing while doing plank can help you increase your stamina and it helps you when you need to be silent. It lightens our bodies. In addition, sometimes, our breathing when we run out of stamina can be loud. And being loud is something we don't want when we are out there."

No one said anything in reply. They were all busy catching their breath, pants filling the house.

Looking at the exhausted members of Toman, Takemichi checked his notepad, seeing all of their records. "The longest you can do is 5 minutes. An old man could do it in 10 to 15 minutes. You've got a long way to go"

"Like I said, easier said than done," Mikey said while still having his face planted on the floor.

"Is that so?" Takemichi hummed to himself, looking around the room. The others nodded while still trying to get their breathing under control. "I don't know why but I can do it just fine though?"

Multiple heads immediately turned to him shocked. Their wide eyes told Takemichi that they didn't believe him. He scoffed with a small smirk as he was underestimated.
