Okay, the day has finally come. This is the day I'm approaching Jace Keller.

This will probably be the fifth or sixth time I'll get to talk to him that isn't school related.

I woke up extra early so I can have more time on picking the perfect clothes, the perfect make up and the perfect hairstyle.

I was average, yes. But that didn't mean I didn't know how to clean up. I dressed and looked pretty great.

Skipping the social life story, I snapped out of it and actually started preparing.

I took a shower and dried my hair. I went into my walk-in closet and picked out a cute white dress with a pair of wedges and a few other accessories.

I decided to go with a natural makeup look so I wouldn't scare him away with whore-ish makeup.

Then I quickly curled my hair before grabbing a granola bar and made my way to school on my car.

Once I pulled into the school's parking lot, I went over to my best friend's car.

Kendall was my best friend since diapers. We've been inseparable ever since. We did everything together. We even share the same birthday. Cool right?

She was also VERY beautiful. Like, Kendall Jenner beautiful (which is a coincidence because they have the same name!).

At the age of 16 she was already invited (more like begged) by tons of model industries but she denied them all because she wanted to become a lawyer someday. I wouldn't blame her though. This girl had the brains and the looks!

"Kendall!" I yell not-so-gracefully to her.

She looked up from her phone and literally started "eep-ing" when she saw me.

When we were finally in front of each other, we started eep-ing together and engulfed each other in a huge hug.

"Ella! I miss you so much! I can't believe we spent the whole weekend not spending time with each other!" she said to me.

"I know right! Ugh, I absolutely HATE being away from you. I swear to God I felt like dying the minute I woke up" I say to her with matching playful sobs.

We finally broke away and started our way into school.

Before we could catch up, she excused herself saying she had some matters to attend at the student council room.

As I was approaching my locker I immediately felt something different about it.

Making my way to it, I cautiously opened the door and found a bouquet of roses inside.

I frowned in confusion and searched for a note inside.

After a few minutes of carefully checking it, I finally found a note.

"Turn around"

My eyes widened at this.

Doing as it says, I slowly turned around seeing my best friend, Isaac standing there with a teddy bear in hand.

Then it finally hit me. It was our 10th year friendship anniversary!

"Isaac! Oh my gosh I'm so sorry! I forgot because of school work and I had to answer twice more questions for the newspaper and I-I-" I said freaking out while accepting the teddy bear.

Isaac then chuckled slightly, "hey, it's okay! We'll just celebrate it later at lunch. I brought you your favorite" he said with suggestive eyebrow wiggling.
