This story is a short story about mates. It showcases how sometimes the mate bond, you see in all of these other books, can destroy a person. In a lot of books they have characters where there mates have died. But they aren't ever the main characters. Probably because it'd be a bit depressing. But I've sorta had this obsession with the idea of writing it. I hope you enjoy it!!
