"You wanna' go back to my place or do you want me to take you home?"

"Well.."

My mom probably isn't going to be home for a while so it's not like I can't hang out at his place. But... I shouldn't, we've really only started talking for a couple of days and I'm not sure if jumping into bed with him is going to make whatever this thing we have last.

"I'll go, but only for a little bit."

He smiles gently, his calm and happy demeanor catching me off guard as I continue to look at him. How does he make me feel so safe and at home with just one look? It's bewildering. He gets up off the ground, dusting his pants off. One by one, he picks up all of the candles and decorations from the inside of the little tent. I bend down to help and grab the blankets and the picnic basket. We head to his car and put them inside of the trunk. He grabs his lanyard and unlocks his car door.

"You can go inside the car and wait for me, I'll go back to get the tent."

As I wait for him in the car, I find myself relaxing into the seat. The car is filled with this nice fruity scent, I didn't notice it before because I was so nervous and the windows were down but it smells like a fruit basket. I look around and I notice that he has a car air freshener inside of the ac vents of the car. Now that I think about it, he always makes sure that he looks neat and clean. His car is also very clean as well, there's no bottles, wrappers, or any kind of a mess in here. He's tidy. I wonder if his room is tidy too. What kind of things is he interested in? My eyes start fluttering shut as a yawn escapes my mouth. The car door opens and I open my heavy eyelids, jumping up a bit and bumping my head.

"Ow," I mumble to myself. Aiden chuckles as he starts the car. "You must be sleepy, are you sure you don't want me to send you home?"

"Yeah, I'm sure. I don't want this to end yet..."

He smiles gently as he looks down at me and as our eyes meet my heart races loudly in my chest. My breath gets caught in my throat and any sense of composure I had a moment before disappears. He puts his arm behind my headrest and my breath hitches. As he drives out of the parking lot his arm around me starts caressing my shoulder. I can't relax anymore.

The drive is quiet, all that I can hear are the sounds of the moving car and my own breathing. Every little touch makes me shiver and the little glances that he gives me set fire to my spine. I'm so conscious of every little move he makes. I flinch every time his thumb rubs against my shoulder.

When we finally make it to his place, I'm a mess. He moves his arm away from me and he gets out of the car. When he gets over to my side and escorts me out, he grabs my hand. He guides me to the door while I'm still in a daze, the warmth of his hand and his towering body leaving me speechless. As soon as he opens the door and brings me inside, he pushes me gently onto the door. His hands slap against the wall as he surrounds me completely. I look up, the way he's looking at me leaves me wanting something I can't explain. He's blushing, his grey eyes alight and burning me. His eyebrows are furrowed and as he leans into me mine do the same. My eyes start watering for no reason at all and with each breath I take I feel my body getting closer to him.
