The hidden truth of shadow selves.
The shadow self is pure evil and filled with your known and unknown desires. Leena's shadow self is a great example of this. It was discovered that Leena partitioned off her brain so that her waking self didn't know what her astral self or what her shadow self was doing. Leena mentally blocked it out because she believed herself to be "purely good" this is something light workers often do and in fact it actually is quite dangerous for themselves as well as others. They can give their shadows orders to attack someone else but have no recollection of it or any animosity towards that person in their waking life. By night though her astral self or her shadow self was free to steal, attack or cause any number of problems without her being held accountable for her actions because her day self would "forget" or wouldn't be aware of what her shadow self was doing. This was how I was attacked so often by both Leena and Abigail. Their desire to take what I had for themselves gave their shadows free reign to do whatever they desired to get what they wanted. However there's a downside to this. Leena and Abigail were not strong enough to combat me on their own so they made deals with Loki. His deals are very bad and he always makes you pay in full for everything you want. If you don't pay up front then you pay later for it and the payment later is far worse then you would be willing to pay in the beginning. So while Leena was out partying by day her shadow self was free to attack me openly or to get others to make the attacks for her. It is a tricky move because it allows for Leena and Loki to not be held accountable for their actions because they could claim deniability and say that her shadow was acting independently. This is why light workers are so dangerous. They focus only on their good selves and ignore their bad side/ shadow selves and by doing so they don't know what their shadow selves are doing for them or to them. The other side of the shadow self is that it loves nothing more then to make you miserable and to torment you. It knows your fears and desires and will fulfill your desires for you all while torturing you with them or with other ways. Anyone wonder how they ended getting abducted by aliens in the first place? Here's a hint, your shadows sold you out. Grays and reptilians love getting "fresh meat" to experiment on or force to breed. Your shadows collaborate with them and if your genetics are what they desire then they force you to breed with whom and what they want you to breed with to pass those genes down to your offspring. Those children are then forced into slavery to work for them or are taken apart and sold for parts. (I've seen the inside of their operations and know they will do anything to silence those that try to tell anyone their secrets. Men in Black anyone?) The shadow will use your fears to keep you as her captive so she can continue to dominate over you and use you as her play thing. To them your a Barbie doll and they can do to you whatever they want because you will just forget it when you wake up the next day. (Nightmares are a good example of them tormenting you) This is why mastering your shadow self is so important because if you don't you never will know what is you and what is your shadow.

The three selves.
There are three versions of yourself. Your higher self, your self and your shadow self. In math it is known as the three zeros. A positive a negative and a neutral. Much like in physics and inside the structure of an atom. Your higher self is pure and good. It is like God as it works for Him and it is filled with wisdom and love. Your self is the middle ground and your shadow self is pure evil and works for the devil. In the beginning of times God had split Himself into three beings. God being the highest form. Metatron being the middle and Satan as the evil form. The Archangels are descendants of Metatron and then they had children and so on. The Archangels created the titans and from them came the gods and from them came man. Bloodlines varied as did the abilities that were passed down and as humans spread across the lands their abilities diminished as they bred out of the bloodlines that carried the genetic codes or dna that carried the codes for these abilities. Certain royal families knew of this secret and bred within their bloodlines to preserve the dna codes that were necessary for their advancement in their abilities however as time went on the bloodlines were weakened regardless of their attempts to preserve their heritage. Every now and then our souls would reincarnate into our own bloodlines to boost the genetic abilities so that they could reproduce and create a new generation with the desired abilities and that they could be passed down to the next generation and so on. This is one reason the gods were able to father so many children, they were helping boost the bloodlines of man but after a while they grew too filled with lust and had to learn to control their urges. This is one reason that testing had come into existence. It was decided by heaven that the trials would decide if we were worthy of serving heaven or if we preferred to serve our own desires more. You can fool yourself into thinking that you are serving heaven but the tests and the testers can not be fooled. They test you relentlessly using your shadow self, demons, gods and even the angels themselves to determine if you can pass the tests that they give you. Think of how Hercules had to pass his labors, it's sorta like that. However the tests are designed for you to fail. You do get unlimited chances to pass but you will be tested over and over again even after you get it right until all of the testers on that level feel you have passed to their levels of satisfaction. In my case it seems that my testers want absolute perfection with zero doubts in both my mind and theirs about anything I do or say in my tests.

The mind and the mental processes of humans.
By now you might have noticed how this story doesn't follow any chronological order but instead skips around quite a bit. It was designed that way to let you get an idea of how my mind works and how it jumps from past to present day events just like how an average persons mind might if you looked at the way your mind goes through things throughout the day. Your mind can focus on one thing yet random thoughts will come through at times. Sometimes it's your shadow speaking to you, sometimes it's others and you are picking up on their thoughts or receiving messages from the spirit world. Your mind works like a two way radio but also receives and can project images as well. Telepathy as it is called. Some times your mind will show you random images of dreams that you had a while ago as well. For me it's like a highlight reel of my astral journeys or tests that goes on for quite a while. These seem to occur randomly and in no particular order or time of day, week etc. your mind puts things together as you piece things together and when you get to one topic then you start to remember details about another part within the topic that your working on. This is why there is a flow from one topic to the next but not a cohesive timeline of events within this story. I write as my mind thinks of things. Your mind is like the sky on a beautiful day with clouds floating by. The clouds take shape as you think and if you focus too long on one cloud you lose track of the others. The same is said with emotions. Observe the emotions as they come but don't focus on them or you will get lost to them. Just observe them and let them pass. In time you may appear stoic to others but in truth you are still feeling the emotions but processing them logically to see if you wish to hold onto the emotions long enough to entertain them and feel them fully or if you don't want to hold onto them and instead just want to let them drift away harmlessly. This is how monks can maintain their composure no matter what is said to them.
