Chapter Three - The Murk Raiders

As the Shadow Collective moved to expand their numbers, Kurogiri used his power to warp himself and the Shadow Collective to Terra Deep. They soon found themselves in the Blood Crow, the flagship of the Murk Raiders. However, neither Captain Scabulous or the Murk Raiders were seen. 

Toga: That's weird. I thought Murk Raiders lived on their ships! 

Dabi: Something tells me that the Murk Raiders are looting that temple. 

Dabi then points out an ancient temple. Wasting no time, Shigaraki leads the Shadow Collective inside. Meanwhile inside the temple, the Murk Raiders loot the temple in search of treasure and loot.

Scabulous: Has anyone found anything?!

Hook: None yet captain!

Scabbers: The only thing we found is this coffin!

Scabulous: Then what are you waiting for you moron?! Open it up! He must have loot buried with him!

Scabbers and Eyeball open up the coffin and find nothing but a skeleton.

Eyeball: No loot in here captain! Just dust and bones in that coffin!

Scabulous: Then keep looking you mangy mongrels! There's gotta be loot around here somewhere in this castle!

As Scabulous and the Murk Raiders search the castle for loot, the Shadow Collective entered the room. The sudden appearance of the former Cyclonian enforcers caught the Murk Raiders off guard.

Shigaraki: The Murk Raiders....

Wormhole: Who is this?! What are they doing here?!

As the Murk Raiders arm themselves for battle, Captain Scabulous begins to laugh in a menacing tone.

Scabulous: Look at what we have here boys! The feared Shadow Collective of the Cyclonian Empire! I heard Ravess and Snipe took over Terra Cyclonia and sent you running with your tail tucked between your legs! Looks like Christmas is here early boys! We turn them in to the Sky Knights and who knows how much they'll pay us!

The rest of the Murk Raiders began to smile and crowd around the Shadow Collective. Shigaraki looks around her and is unconcerned.

Kurogiri: Now now, Captain Scabulous. There is no need for this to get violent. Tamura Shigaraki has a proposal for you.

Scabulous and the other Murk Raiders laughed as Shigaraki stepped forward. His eyes darted across the room, spotting Muscular, Magne and Moonfish.

Shigaraki: Muscular. Magne. Moonfish. As of now, you're all members of the Shadow Collective. Ad for the rest of you, you'll be serving us.

Scabulous: And on who's authority is that, you little runt? The way I see it, you have no power over anyone! Eyeball! Scabbers! Teach this little runt a lesson!

As Captain Scabulous gaves his orders, Eyeball and Scabbers walked up to Shigaraki. As the rest of the Shadow Collective was about to attack, Shigaraki gestures them to stand down. Shigaraki then glances over to the two Murk Raiders that were about to attack. Without saying a word, Shigaraki grabs both Eyeball and Scabbers by the throat. Shigaraki's Decay power immediately took effect as the two Murk Raiders could only briefly scream before being reduced to ash. The other Murk Raiders were terrified by this display. Even Captain Scabulous was unnerved by this.

Shigaraki: Let me put this into words that you pirate scum can understand. Whoever I don't like, I kill. Anyone who pisses me off, I kill. Muscular. Magne. Moonfish. All For One believed that all three of you are worthy to be his agents. What do you have to say for yourselves?

Muscular: Murk Raiders. Sky Knights. Cyclonians. Like I care about all that crap. All I wanna do is rampage. As long as I get to use my power without holding back, I'm good.

Shigaraki: Then you'll fit nicely. You'll be free to do as you wish as long as you remain loyal to me. Magne?

Magne: All my life, I've always been different from the others. I wasn't accepted into the Sky Knights. I'm here because I don't want to be bound by anything! We're free to decide for ourselves exactly where we belong!

Toga: I like this one! She's nice!

Shigaraki: Why settle for just being accepted when you can become admired? Join me and you can carve out your own place in the world? We'll bring down the society that looks down upon you.

Magne: Then in that case, I'll join you.

As Muscular and Magne pledged their loyalties to Shigaraki, Shigaraki turned to Moonfish. There was a moment of silence as Shigaraki sees something familiar in Moonfish. There was a madness in Moonfish. His whole body was wrapped in a black straitjacket that only leaves his mouth exposed. The suit is held together by black restraints decorated with red spikes. These same restraints connect to metal clamps that cover Moonfish's head and keeps his lips open.

Moonfish: Pretty. So pretty. No. This is work. So alluring. But no. Can't...Pretty flesh. Gah! So enticing though...Gotta do the job.

Shigaraki chuckled at Moonfish's insanity. It echoed Shigaraki's own madness. Like Shigaraki, all Moonfish wanted was to see the world burn.

Shigaraki: Will you join me, Moonfish?

Moonfish: Yes. Yes. Must feed. Feed on pretty flesh....

Shigaraki smiled as Moonfish accepted Shigaraki's offer. As Muscular, Magne and Moonfish were inducted into the Shadow Collective, Shigaraki turned to Captain Scabulous and the rest of the Murk Raiders.

Shigaraki: As of now, you serve the True Cyclonians. When the time comes, you will help me bring down the pillars of this farce society and it's sense of justice. If you refuse, I'll kill you. Kurogiri. I'm done. Get us out of here.

With that, Kurogiri used his Warp powers to warp all of the Shadow Collective including it's new members out of Terra Deep, leaving the Murk Raiders to their own devices until time was right for them to serve the Shadow Collective. For now, the Shadow Collective would continue working on expanding their numbers.
